During the day you will visit Auschwitz-Birkenau museum and Wieliczka Salt Mine. In both places we will provide you the tours with an official english speaking in-person guides. We will pick you up and drop you off in your hotel - door to door service is included. Our tour leaders/drivers with fluent english will take care of everything so you won't have to worry about anything during the day. Tour includes all entrance fees, transportation and the guides' and the tour leaders services. We offer optional lunch box to order a day before an excursion. Our staff is an experienced team of people who love their job trying to provide you the best service possible. All of our drivers/tour leaders are english-speaking and ready to help you and answer all your questions. We treat people individually. Our modern air-conditioned fleet is ready for the ride!

Itinerary
You will see both Auschwitz I and Birkenau parts of nazi concentration camp. It's a standard full time tour with an official in-person guide. The tour includes a break in between Auschwitz I and Birkenau tours and we provide transportation from first to second part as well.
You will visit UNESCO wonder which is Salt Mine in Wieliczka. It's a standard full time tour with an offcial in-person guide.

Pickup Locations & Times
We pick up travelers from hotels, apartments and accommodations in Kraków in the area of the city center and its surroundings (max 3 km away). Please note that there are certain areas in the city where we are not allowed to drive. If your hotel is located inside restricted zone we will redirect you to the closest legal pickup spot (a few minutes walk away). Please note that 8:00 AM starting time it's an approximate one and we will send an exact pickup time to each traveler a day before the tour up to midday. We do collect optional lunch boxes orders a day before the tour by sending full offer to each traveler and we do accept cash payment only at the day for food. - The route inside the Wieliczka Salt Mine includes 380 stairs to take down to reach first level of the mine and at the end there is an elevator which will take you back on the ground
- There is around 16 degrees Celcius inside Wieliczka Salt Mine
- Most of the visit in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps is outdoors - please be well prepared for weather conditions
- Providing full names of all participants while making booking and bringing photo IDs (passport, driving license etc.) at the day of the tour is compulsory - Auschwitz-Birkenau museum has security check/IDs control at the entrance. Without providing actual full names and documents entering the museum will be denied.
- We need all traveler's first and last name regarding security check and IDs control at entrance to Auschwitz I museum - providing all traveler's full names is obligatory and it's a must to provide service
- As we receive some inquiries from clients - please note that we DO NOT organise 2 AM pickup times and we DO NOT let our travelers queue for tickets as they are all prebooked

You CANNOT come to Krakow and not book this experience!!! The Wieliczka Salt mine was brilliant and the tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was life changing.

Got picked up close to hotel, and experience was smooth. It is a long way, you will be tired the day after, but worth the trip! We felt secure and well informed all the way through.
There were many positives about this tour (comfortable transportation and our tour guides at the locations were good) but we chose this one specifically because the morning was to be Auschwitz/Birkenau with the salt mine in the afternoon and they reversed the order. Also we were mistakenly given the wrong pickup time so waited for 25 minutes worrying we’d gotten left. Other reviews strongly suggested buying the tour’s lunch because you don’t have time to buy lunch on the tour but we had a full hour at the salt mine after our tour there and there are good food options there. Before booking, I would recommend confirming order of tours if that’s important to you and then confirming your pickup time the day before if you do book.
Well organised and smooth from start to finish. Pick up was timely and straightforward, our driver (Peter) was really friendly and great communication. The tours were excellent and the tour guides very professional. Would recommend.

The Salt mine is a wonderful experience. The local guides was good and explained the history clear and details. We have an awful experience with the local guide, Christop in Auschwitz Birkenau. He is talking too fast and his mic is too close and created unnecessary sound. His voice is low and in flat tone. He is speaking in English but nobody understands it. We are very frustrating we didn't get the history behind the Holocaust during the tours. It's a shame we didn't have a better local guide to explained the history for our tour!

Peter was a very good driver and picked me up at the time stated in the message. Boxed lunch was very good and kept me full with snacking throughout the day. Salt mines had ~800 steps down with several other smaller series of stairs throughout. The cavers in the salt mine were beautiful! Julia was our guide at Auschwitz and was very knowledgeable with a voice that carried and was easy to hear. It was a long day and my feet definitely hurt by the end but I would definitely recommend!
