Definitely worth the money!! Got a three day pass and went to loads of attractions and saved alot of money.
Exceptional value for money. We had 3 day passes and worked out our own itinerary and walking routes to maximise use. We pre-booked the Jorvik Centre, The Hilt and Dungeons - rest we just turned up. We had a day in Whitby using the train ticket which alone would have been almost £50 each. Whilst there we visited the Abbey (English Heritage) and James Cook Museum. York Minister had a sign saying it was closed for viewing at 4pm but on speaking to staff they admitted us - saying it was because we had the pass. Being in York for 6 days we were able to have rest days (from the pass) and use it every other day, squeezing in other non-pass activities such as walking the City walls. Would recommend to anyone visiting York and would use again. Just check opening times and days to help plan.

The York Pass worked very well, and takes the shall we do this out of the way because it's included. customer service team were very helpful, overall very satisfied.

The york pass was both blessing and bane. Some places it let us jump the queues as we already effectively had tickets, others we'dve needed to book ahead and the experience with those was a little clunky. Also, york isnt great with the o2 network (disappears entirely in most of the attractions) and whilst york pass claims to have an app, its just a website and is thus bound to data - an offline apple or Google app with which to use the qr codes would be a big improvement - we ended up having to screenshot our qr codes on the hotel wifi. Otherwise it was good value and helped us plan our expenditure.
Thank you for your detailed feedback! 😊 We’re pleased to hear that the York Pass offered good value and helped you plan your spending while enjoying many of the city’s attractions. It’s also great to know that having access to tickets in advance helped you avoid queues at some locations. We appreciate your comments regarding connectivity issues and the use of the digital pass. Your suggestion for a dedicated offline app is very valuable, and feedback like yours helps us improve the experience for future visitors. Best regards Your Turbopass Team
Great value. Saved a lot of money with this ticket. I also got a discount with my veterans card. only problem was not enough time to do all wanted to do, nearly all attractions close about 4pm. Come on York. You're missing a trick here. The city was buzzing with tourists but started emptying at 4pm. We stayed in a hotel on the edge of the city. Park and ride 5 mins drive away and 20 minutes bus ride into the centre. £4 return each.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! 😊 We’re delighted to hear that the pass offered great value and helped you save a lot of money while enjoying York’s attractions. It’s also great that you could benefit from the veterans discount. We understand your point about the early closing times of many attractions and how that can limit what visitors are able to see in one day. Thank you as well for sharing your helpful travel tips about parking and transport. Best regards Your Turbopass Team
We paid for a 3 day pass. Great value. We used it so many times. Probably saved over £100 by purchasing it. Also encouraged to visit lots of great places.
Thank you for your great feedback! 😊 We’re very happy to hear that the 3-day pass offered such good value and helped you save money while discovering many great places. That’s exactly the experience we hope to provide! Best regards Your Turbopass Team
We spent three whole days in York. We walked our feet off but everything is close together so easy. The York pass was brilliant as almost everywhere takes it, including the sightseeing bus and the Minster. It is well worth investing in. York was one of my bucket list items and didn't disappoint.
Thank you for your fantastic feedback! 😊 We’re delighted to hear that you had such a great time in York and that the York Pass helped you enjoy so many attractions with ease. It’s wonderful that York lived up to your bucket list expectations! Best regards Your Turbopass Team
I bought this for a young friend who was visiting York and wondering how she was going to afford all that was on offer. In the three days of using her pass she visited eleven attractions and had a brilliant time.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! 😊 We’re delighted to hear that your friend was able to enjoy so many attractions in York and had such a brilliant time using the pass. It’s great to know the pass helped make the trip more affordable and enjoyable. Best regards Your Turbopass Team
We had the York Pass for three days. Excellent value, compared to buying individual attraction entry tickets. Saved quite a lot of money with the Pass. Great to use with the popular attractions such as the minster. Used pass for two or three attractions per day. Chocolate Story. York Castle Museum. Bus tour. York Minster. York Dungeon. Ouse River Cruise. Yorvik. Walking tour. Yorkshire Museum. Never had enough time to use on others. Had a few problems opening the York Pass Web app. It wasn't a smooth process to buy tickets through the app. One of two entry were convoluted and difficult than they should have been. Some work needs done on this. Or convert it into a full iphone app, with everything in one place. However, apart from one or two operating glitches, the York Pass is an essential purchase for longer stays in York.
Thank you for your detailed feedback! 😊 We’re delighted to hear that you found the York Pass to be excellent value and were able to enjoy so many attractions like York Minster, the Castle Museum, and the river cruise. We also really appreciate your honest comments about the web app experience. We understand that some steps felt less smooth than expected, and your suggestion of a more integrated mobile app is very valuable and will be shared with our team. Despite the small issues, we’re very happy to hear you consider the pass an essential for longer stays in York.
