Great experience (yoga teacher training) - highly recommended!

I had a yoga teacher training (30h) as a further education training as a teacher. It was a great experience with Hari (teacher). Wonderful time with wonderful people with a great care and experience!

Lovely practice for mind and body

I had the chance to participate in several of the yin yoga classes proposed - they were all lovely and very diverse! Both Dani and Hardy have a very warm, gentle and soothing teaching style, just right to guide you into the deep yin meditation. The sessions were varied, concerning the themes, as well as the poses (sometimes including fascia training). I recommend it to anybody seeking deep relaxation!
