Fantastic experience with my girlfriend. A few days before we went on a catamaran tour for the same price as this boattrip, but this boattrip was overal a much more luxurious experience!! Friendy staff and nice stops.
An unforgettable experience; the service and the excursion were perfect, we had a great time. Without a doubt, I would do it again.
We were contacted in advance via email and WhatsApp, and the pickup at the hotel was coordinated in terms of location and time. The pickup was punctual with a car shuttle by an employee of the company. We were driven to the port of Puerto Rico. There, we were warmly welcomed on the boat, the conditions were explained, and there was a welcome sparkling wine. We were informed about the possibility of purchasing paid drinks and water sports activities. This happened briefly and was completely unobtrusive. The excursion also started on time. During the excursion, inclusive drinks were available at any time. These were always served quickly and without restrictions upon a brief request. During the ride, one could move freely on board, using the seating in the stern or the lounging areas in the bow. There was enough space for all passengers. The ride itself was very pleasant, with the staff (the captain and a crew member) always friendly and in a joking mood. At a rocky coastal section on the way to Playa de Veneguera (which we didn't really reach), something was explained about the local conditions. The "exclusive cove Perchel," which one passes twice during the ride, unfortunately was not really exclusive or admirable at all. Well, after that, we headed back near the harbor of Puerto de Mogán. Here, there was a swimming stop next to the harbor entrance in front of a small (inaccessible) cave in the rock, with a swimming platform and two SUPs that could be used. Passengers who had booked water sports activities (e.g., water jet skiing) were picked up at the boat and taken to the activities. During the swimming stop, there was also an extensive selection of snacks and finger food. After this extensive stop (about 90 minutes), we headed back to the harbor of Puerto Rico. Here, we disembarked after a total of 4 hours and were taken back to the hotel by shuttle. Overall, it was a very nice excursion, during which everything went very smoothly. The previously announced sights may not have been that special or breathtaking, but seeing the coast from the boat offered an interesting and worthwhile perspective. The ride was enjoyable, which was partly due to the friendly staff, who always tried to create a good atmosphere. The service was also good and attentive. All in all, a recommendable tour.
The team were great and arranged pick up at my friends location as they struggle with walking. They loved the boat and the hours spent on it. They were really happy with the tapas too and said it was the nicest they had had in a while.Great
We absolutely loved this trip. The boat was tip top, All of the staff, from the transfer driver to the captain and deck hand were all superb. The food and drinks were spot on. We had a great time swimming from the boat and playing with the paddle boards, but equally had time to relax. (I actually fell asleep) If you are thinking about doing this trip you won't be disappointed.
Great excursion! Absolutely recommendable. Nice crew and good atmosphere on board. The tour lasts 4 hours, so there is plenty of time to enjoy the sea. The jet skis are definitely recommendable as well. It’s a lot of fun!
Fantastic day. So much fun nice little snacks on board. Very friendly crew Such a relaxing fun filled day. Would highly recommend
Did this excursion last week and can highly recommend it. it was a small group tour of 12 people so just nice, a welcome glass of Cava was a nice touch and lounging on the front deck as we sailed along was very nice. we sailed up the coastline for a bit stopping of at a couple of spots to learn about the area and then settled in a spot for the snorkelling. in addition to the snorkelling there were paddle boards available which I tried and fell off but was fun trying. the boat captain jojned us in the water and let us try a device which pulls you through the water which was good. available for an extra fee was jet ski's 35 euro for 10 mins, parasailing 35 euro per person which a few people took up. lunch was nice with cold meats, cheese, hummus, potato cake, breads and crisps. sangria, beer and wines were freely available along with soft drinks and water with cocktails available for an extra fee, don't know how much as didn't have one. All in all a very good excursion and can highly recommend it especially after seeing other boats in the snorkelling area which were big party boats with loads of people.
This was probably one of our favorite activities we had done on our trip. The whole crew was amazing. Ana was great with communication, our drivers were prompt and the captain was the best. He even jumped off the boat with us :)) We had an awesome group as well.
Far from being relaxing, we found the incredibly loud music overpowering and inescapable. We had to relocate a number of times to the upper deck area at the front of the boat to avoid the loud music. This was at the expense of being in full sun most of the afternoon. We expected to see diverse marine life whilst snorkelling. We snorkelled where we were advised would be best to see fish. We saw no fish at all and only when the crew threw bread into the water did we see one type of fish. Oceans away from the diverse marine life in the brochure!!! I must also point out that health and safety was almost non-existent. On a number of occasions there were “near misses”with people running at the front of the boat over the cushioned area. No H&S briefing at all. At times the captain and crew were below deck whilst passengers were in the water. I would’ve thought it good practice to observe all passengers at all times to ensure no mishaps as it can only take a moment for an issue to arise. The lack of health and safety was summed up whilst being driven back to our hotel where upon I saw the driver texting whilst driving. I bought this trip as a birthday present for my wife. The only saving grace was that they couldn’t accommodate on her actual birthday. At least that day wasn’t ruined. Overall not a great experience and we feel not value for money in the slightest.
