We have two options: Xel-Há Light (no food only soft drinks included) Xel-Há All-Inclusive (Food, soft drinks and open bar included) Xelha is considered one of the world’s greatest natural parks, it will give you one of the best experiences while you are visiting the Riviera Maya. Your ticket will allow to all your family to discover more than 50 inland and aquatic activities, for sure you will have an unforgettable time. Practice snorkeling and see hundreds of colorful fish and marine life in one of the most important natural wonders in México. Enjoy plenty of water activities. Contemplate a magnificent view of the lighthouse at 40 meters high and descends from one of its 4 slides. Connect your senses with flora and fauna, see lagoons, caves. Take a guided tour as Treasures of the bay, Mayab traditions, secrets of the jungle, meeting the manatee and flying your kite. Celebrate your birthday! Xel-Ha is considered the world’s largest natural aquarium, the park offers snorkeling among hundreds of tropical fish and more than 90 marine species that inhabit the creek. Enjoy the best marine and land activities; in Xel-Ha’s park you can enjoy lagoons, cenotes and caves, where seawater mixes with the fresh water of the world’s longest underground river system. Complimentary lifejackets, inner tubes, bicycles, access to lounge chairs, hammocks and rest areas are included. Slide down ziplines and splash into the crystal clear waters of a cenote or dive into a spectacular cove. Visit Xel-Ha’s vegetation nursery, and marvel at the mangroves and rainforest dotted with orchids. See the apiary of the Melipona bee (with a traditional Mayan harvest of honey twice a year) and learn more about the Mayan culture. New at Xel-Há this year you can have the chance to experience as world Earth Day, Birds’ Day, World Sea Turtle Day, Day of the Manatee, Purification Ceremony, Treasures of the Cove, Secrets of the Jungle. Your admission includes buffet-style breakfast, lunch and snacks (international and Mexican cuisine) with unlimited drinks and a domestic open bar.

The whole day and experience was our best family day in Mexico! It is such a well designed and exciting, adventurous day out! We started with a bike ride through the trees to the start of the lazy river, which was such an exciting start, drifting Under the canopy of the mangroves and popping out in to the open river, finding a cliff to jump off and then swim/float on down to the fabulous zip lines in to the water. That was just the morning! Around every corner there was something new to do and challenge ourselves. The park was clean, safe, well landscaped and super exciting for our children (8,10,13&15yrs old) and for us as adults! We would highly recommend it to any families with adventurous kids.

Everything about the taste of the food and drinks was very good, only at the bar they give preference to foreigners; in the restaurants the service is very good, Captain Edwin was very kind.

As a park, it is fine. But bring a well-filled wallet. It is not just the price of admission... the attractions are extra, at the economical price of €75 per person (there were 4 of us). They sell everything they have very well, especially to the children, and when you get there and see the price, it takes a while to convince the children that at most you can only do one of them all (and even then with sacrifice, after paying the price of admission). We chose the adrenaline one, a speedboat that does stunts and submerges you in the water. Since we brought a 10-year-old child, they put us in the mild one... (the child wanted more and they did not let us). And inside the boat they were taking photos of you and recording a 360° video. They tell you to make faces, to look, .....The photos are at the accessible price of 120 euros. When we arrived in Spain and went to download the photos, the video and the photos from the boat were not there. We contacted them and they said it's another 60 euros extra!!!! Almost 600 euros to enter + 300 euros for the attraction + 120 euros for the photos!!!! The video is extra!! They say that and on top of that they ask for a tip!!!!! This is not viable for a family. They caught us off guard, but never again. For what is included for free I don't recommend it, and you have unlimited food and drink at the hotel. Don't let yourselves be fooled, it's not worth it for one big slide
