We have two options: Xel-Há Light (no food only soft drinks included) Xel-Há All-Inclusive (Food, soft drinks and open bar included) Xelha is considered one of the world’s greatest natural parks, it will give you one of the best experiences while you are visiting the Riviera Maya. Your ticket will allow to all your family to discover more than 50 inland and aquatic activities, for sure you will have an unforgettable time. Practice snorkeling and see hundreds of colorful fish and marine life in one of the most important natural wonders in México. Enjoy plenty of water activities. Contemplate a magnificent view of the lighthouse at 40 meters high and descends from one of its 4 slides. Connect your senses with flora and fauna, see lagoons, caves. Take a guided tour as Treasures of the bay, Mayab traditions, secrets of the jungle, meeting the manatee and flying your kite. Celebrate your birthday! Please note that snacks are not available for purchase, but you can up-grade your ticket.

Xel-Ha is considered the world’s largest natural aquarium, the park offers snorkeling among hundreds of tropical fish and more than 90 marine species that inhabit the creek. Enjoy the best marine and land activities; in Xel-Ha’s park you can enjoy lagoons, cenotes and caves, where seawater mixes with the fresh water of the world’s longest underground river system. Complimentary lifejackets, inner tubes, bicycles, access to lounge chairs, hammocks and rest areas are included. Slide down ziplines and splash into the crystal clear waters of a cenote or dive into a spectacular cove. Visit Xel-Ha’s vegetation nursery, and marvel at the mangroves and rainforest dotted with orchids. See the apiary of the Melipona bee (with a traditional Mayan harvest of honey twice a year) and learn more about the Mayan culture. New at Xel-Há this year you can have the chance to experience as world Earth Day, Birds’ Day, World Sea Turtle Day, Day of the Manatee, Purification Ceremony, Treasures of the Cove, Secrets of the Jungle. Your admission includes buffet-style breakfast, lunch and snacks (international and Mexican cuisine) with unlimited drinks and a domestic open bar.

- Because your security is paramount, the name of the lead traveler on the voucher will be the one who can redeem the purchase.

While Xel-Há is a beautiful park, our experience was negatively impacted by poor customer service and inconsistent information. First, an employee named Sharon at check-in window one was un profesional. She clearly knew I was next in line, yet repeatedly allowed locals and others to go ahead of me. I politely but firmly pointed out that she was aware I had been waiting, but she completely ignored my concerns. It was frustrating and disrespectful. Second, there seemed to be confusion regarding restaurant hours throughout the park. It felt as though some locations were effectively closing service about 30 minutes before the posted time, which created unnecessary confusion for guests trying to plan their meals. The most frustrating example was when a park employee at the Information center directed us to La Parrilla Restaurant because we were specifically looking for a steak option. After making the trip there, we were told they were closed at 4:30 PM even though the posted closing time was 5:00 PM. When I questioned this, the explanation changed to, “We’re open, but we only have snacks and no meat available.” Had they simply been honest from the beginning, we could have saved time and gone elsewhere. Xel-Há has many wonderful attractions, but better staff training, clearer communication, and respect for guests’ time would greatly improve the overall experience.

The food was excellent, the activities are always varied, the restaurant service is among the best. Personally, we went for some snacks to the terrace and were attended by José Alberto, who was always attentive and very quick.

José Alberto at the terrace restaurant was a great, great, great waiter, and honestly, it has been one of my best experiences visiting Xel-Ha. His service attitude and training to serve are spectacular.

Xel Ha has the best of the Xcaret group: an inclusive park where its staff is so diverse that it is worth highlighting the hiring of Maya-speaking people who communicate among themselves and switch to Spanish or English without any problem. It has the best restaurant: the Mexican one. I greatly appreciate the tone of voice of ALL its staff being kind, attentive, and very willing to help. Thank you for making us feel at home and especially welcome. You are the best, and I say this with firsthand knowledge.
