“Tour”???? Took a good 15’. We visited the concrete and metal cuves, the wooden barrels , the “library” and the shop . Where's the passion? Where's the knowledge? Nothing explanation about the process of wine making. No vineyard seen , no grape seen , no press seen ... food pairing : is it not the intention to explain why one serves which wine with the snacks ? 3 sips of wine (not even at the right temperature) a small (but fine) plate of cheese and cold cuts and two pieces of chicken. Neither worth the name nor the price.
