Whistler Sky Walk

Description
The Whistler Sky Walk is a guided interpretive hike with amazing views at the top of Whistler Mountain. Follow your guide on a hike and clip your harness into a cable so you can walk safely along the cliff edge and across the bridges and features high above Whistler. This 2 hour tour is fairly easy and is great for ages 8 and up to get a local’s view of the mountain in the summer away from the crowds. You will see the gorgeous mountain peaks surrounding Whistler, the valleys and lakes all around, and if you are lucky you might even see Whistler's namesake, the marmot.

Great experience with fantastic views. Whistler really is something… A special thanks to Jeremy, our guide, who did a fantastic job with a great sense of humour and who was very attentive to our 2 boys (who are both 12 and 14, ie the age where boys resemble chimpansees…).
It was a foggy morning when we took the tour, so we didn’t actually see much when we were on top of the hiking trail/via ferrata. However, we got to experience the mystical vibe on Whistler mountain. Devon, our tour guide, was really patient, friendly, understanding, caring and well-aware with everyone’s ability. We took many breaks on the way up and down. Devon has her own way of approaching to each participant, no one is left out! It was a nice experience overall.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! It's fantastic to hear that despite the foggy conditions, you enjoyed the mystical vibe of Whistler Mountain. We're delighted that Devon provided such a patient, friendly, and personalized experience for everyone, ensuring all participants felt included and cared for. We're glad you had a nice experience, and we hope to welcome you back for more adventures, hopefully with clearer skies next time!
Olly was great. Skywalk was very cool and he was awesome to keep us engaged and enjoying the experience.

Cashless disappointment 😞 push towards a cashless society 😑 🌄 views were amazing 👏 guide was superb
Sorry Folks: Due to an approaching thunderstorm, we couldn’t make the sky walk itself. The team was very nice and appeared capable and responsible. The way up and down and especially the peak-to-peak gondola tours to the meeting point were breathtaking - including a lucky bear sighting. The VIATOR instructions where to pick up the tickets were al little missleading (maybe just not up-to-date). Also would it be helpful to point out that the afternoon tour requires extra time planning, because you need to consider that you need time to walk from the ticket booth to the Blackcombe Gondola and then 20 min for the ride up plus 20 min for the ride with the peak-to-peak gondola to the meeting point.
Wife and I thought this was the best part of our 16 day trip to British Columbia. We signed up for the group skywalk and Emile provided lot's of information to my wife and I and showed us a lot of great sights. Highly recommended for all!
Hi Stephen, Thank you for the wonderful review and for taking the time to share your feedback with MSAA. Our priority is excellent client care and we are ecstatic that we met that mark! We are happy that we could be a part of your BC adventure and we will be sure to pass your praises along to Emile.
My wife and I joined Rob for a Sky Walk in June 2022. We were lucky enough to have a private hike on Whistler Mountain. We enjoyed Rob's excellent, detailed commentary as well as incredible views. Even with feet of snow still on the mountain, this was a good hike for novices. We felt safe and secure on the sky walk course. Do not miss if you are visiting Whistler.

The Skywalk in Whistler was the most incredible experience thanks to our guide Erica! We were the only 3 people on the tour and one member of the party was not sure about going due to a bad hip. . But Erica reassured him that she would take good care of him, and she did. We encountered a lot of deep snow along the climb and Erica had to be very creative in getting us through these sections. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Whistler Mountain. Thanks again Erica, it was SO much fun!!
Hi Donna Thanks for leaving a review, and mentioning Erica. You’re right, Erica is always going above and beyond. We’ll be sure to share your praises with them! – Vic
My son and I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this Sky Walk hike. Our excellent guide was Mike Vert. He was very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. We were lucky enough to be the only two on the hike, which allowed for us to stop here and there to watch and listen to the wildlife and enjoy the scenery. I am super proud of myself and my son for completing the Sky Walk climb. Neither one of us could have done it without Mike!
Super! It's such a treat when you can get a private tour. Nice work on the Sky Walk!
Now let me start off by saying I didn’t REALLY want to do the “hike” “mountain climb” “exercise” but my friend did so I took one for the team. My weary old body- with bad knees, shoulder, ankles etc from going too hard playing sport in my younger years tenses at the mere thought of climbing anything ( especially after that 1 time Grouse Grind experience) BUT this was definitely worth a little bit of sweat/ body aches. Mike B with a few encouraging words (and dad jokes) patiently awaited us getting our butts into gear and led the way to fantastic views, interesting stories and many fascinating tidbits of fauna/flora information that made our day! I recommend this tour to anyone who wants some good photos to show off and make their mates jealous, fresh air and new skills! It’s not too difficult- just enough to get you breathing a little heavier than usual and working up a healthy sweat but well worth it! Tell Mike B that Simone sent you and that you want his Magical mystery tour 👌🏻
LOL! We're so glad you came along. Thanks for the nice review! We'll be sure to give Mike some kudos.
