Had a super excursion with Angus who was laser eyed in his pursuit of black bears. We encountered a family of three bears amongst the foliage which were well camouflaged. Stopped and observed them for twenty minutes making the trip well worthwhile.
Something we couldnhave done in our rental car, but if we had, we wouldnt have met the lovely people we travelled with, neither would we have had the expert advice and knowledge of our tour guide. Such a shame about the rudeness of other road users. Im assurednit doesnt happen that often.
Angus was fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable and very accommodating when a bear was spotted, taking time everyone has a chance to see it and take photos. Highly recommend.
We were out with Alex, who told us a lot about the life of the bears. He gave us enough time to observe the bears in their natural habitat. We saw 5 bears, including a mother with her cubs.
We had a great tour where we saw a female black bear and 2 very cute cubs. Also saw a male bear cross the road in front of us. Angus our guide was a very nice guy, who was very knowledgeable and took us to the best spots to see the bears. Even managed to see a beautiful waterfall before heading back to hotel. Great tour, great guide, would definitely recommend.
We wete able to see two black Bears on their habitats, enjoying a fun ride with many informations on Bears!!!!
We went on this tour it was fanastic Joel our tour guide was excellant. He showed great care and consideration for us and the bears. We saw a mumma bear 2 cubs and another female bear. It was the highlight of my husbands trip. We would definately recommend this trip. Joel should be very proud of this knowledge and attention to detail.
This was one of the highlights of our trip! We were lucky enough to see four bears—two adults and two cubs—which made the experience truly unforgettable. The small group size made the tour feel relaxed and gave everyone a great view. Traveling in the Land Rover Defender was also a nice touch, as it was comfortable and perfectly suited for the route. Our guide was excellent—very knowledgeable, passionate, and full of interesting facts and stories about the bears and the local area. You could really tell they loved what they do. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable bear watching experience.
We were picked up on time and greeted by a super friendly tour guide and another tour guide in training. We had a great time, driving round different terrains and exploring the local countryside. Not only were we lucky we managed to spot 5 bears including 3 cubs, but we also saw some other wildlife too. Our tour guide (Tim) was extremely knowledgeable and very interesting. As he would tell us tit bits about the surrounding area and also provide us useful information about the bears and their curious habits. In all, we all had a great experience, learnt a lot and had a brilliant time. P.S the the bumps on the road added to the experience and funnily enough I loved seeing the bears eating. 😁😁 Thanks Tim. -The Greene’s
