All cruises include a captain and first mate to ensure impeccable service and provide insider knowledge on Belle Isle and one of the world's busiest waterways. The cutting-edge Sycorax features booth-style seating with a teak table in the stern, ample bow seating, an award-winning sound system, and a private head. The Belle Isle Breeze is perfect for adults and children alike, as well as tourists and veteran Detroiters. Cruises depart from Stanton Yards near downtown Detroit.

The Detroit River cruise around Belle Isle was PHENOMENAL! The captain and first mate were warm and inviting! My family & friends (framily) and I had a terrific time. The weather was perfect, the boat was immaculate, and the time we spent on the water was amazing. This is a Detroit hidden gem. Iykyk! Would definitely recommend this cruise…and will absolutely be doing it again!

I wanted to plan something fun and unique for my best friend’s 30th birthday and stumbled across the Sycorax Electric Cruise. Honestly, I did not know what to expect and we were blown away. Captain Blair and First Mate Allie were so kind and considerate, they even set up a happy birthday banner. They really made the trip feel welcoming and warm. Exploring Detroit from the river was really fascinating and full of great photo opportunities. I think the price was well worth the experience!
Blair and Allie were great hosts for our trip around the Detroit River. We had to do a redo bc of bad weather conditions and they were kind enough to oblige us. We are very grateful! I’m a native Detroiter and I saw things I’ve never even knew was there. Allie was very informative in this regard. I would highly recommend this trip on a nice sunny day as it is very relaxing, informative and great hospitality!
Captain Blair & First Mate Allie are fantastic hosts! They've really taken the time to think of everything needed to enjoy your crusie on the Detroit River. The boat's electric propulsion system is extremely quiet - it's like being on a sail boat! Seeing Detroit's River Walk & Belle Isle from the river will make you appreciate how much Detroit has improved in the last decade. Be sure to ask the hosts about their Corktown Airbnb!

Absolutely fantastic experience! It’s family-run business and Captain Blair and his wife were warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The boat was spotless and cozy. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and they put lovely birthday decorations—it was such a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere was relaxed, and everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend it!
We were celebrating our 3rd anniversary with a weekend in Detroit and this water cruise was a great way to cap off our time in Detroit! The Captain and his First Mate were knowledgeable and friendly and have a new electric boat cruiser that was comfortable and nice to get on the water. The weather was great and would recommend it highly!
The smile and happiness in my wife’s face when she saw the boat and realized that I planned it just for her. She is the apple 🍏 of my eye 👁️ and I was so grateful to be able to show her how much. The hosts made us feel so welcome during our time, let us play OUR playlist on their bluetooth sound system my wife danced in front of the boat and we enjoyed our picnic 🧺 basket and the host took our iconic photo to commemorate our moment for my wife to post on her Facebook page and tag all our family and friends 👍🏾. We will back next year for our 25th anniversary!!!
