It was good had a great time the experience was fantastic
We chose the time really well, we were practically the only people in the museum on a Monday afternoon. We were also fortunate to get a parking spot on the street, and didn't need to go into any of the garages which were charging for the upcoming Detroit Tigers game. The museum is a blast, with so many cool features. It is pricey, but I did feel I got value as we were all able to do all the exhibits. If the exhibits change it would bring us back, but otherwise, I don't know how much of a repeat trip this would be. It was great as a one and done.
Overall it was a different experience, but the overall vibe does not make it one worth the price of admission. We booked later on a Saturday so it was still busy, but the problem is how it was handled. All the staff were very nice, but there is no view of creating an experience that would get word of mouth or return business, and that isn't on the front employees. I think they need to either lower the ticket price or create better hospitality to it where there is better planning and understanding of how to let it flow better. Right now it is really just a one and done
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear our staff was kind during your visit, and we truly appreciate your thoughts on value, flow, and the overall guest experience. We’re always looking for ways to improve hospitality, operations, and the experience we provide, and feedback like yours is incredibly valuable as we continue to grow.
