The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The underground portion of the tour was very crowded. I’m claustrophobic so it was very uncomfortable for me. I’m giving it three stars because we did not see all areas of the castle. We are planning to go back on our own to see the parts that were not included.
c5 hour trip learning about 2 different parts of history in the town with lunch thrown in. Our guide, Anna, was very knowledgable and explained the history in a clear and concise manner. Highly recommended.
Beautiful castle and cathedral. Helena gave a detailed history of Krakow. Lunch was part of our trip and was in a local polish restaurant, which was lovely. Helena was also our tour guide for Rynek underground. Again this was interesting with a detailed history given.
We were very impressed with the whole tour. Not only was the organization great, but the guides were all extremely nice and showed us how they love their city. We were a small group of 5 and 5 4 people and felt comfortable and very well informed. Very happy to come back!

We met our guide Ava at St. Mary Magdalene Square and walked about 6 minutes to the Castle gate. The tour of the royal cathedral and then the apartments and the history she taught us was fascinating. (Our ticket included the Royal Treasury which we did on our own another day).Johanna met us there and walked with us to our lunch destination Kuchnia u Doroty, which was so delicious and authentic. My advice is to split 2 different entrees! Then she came back for us and walked us to the Cloth Hall where we entered the underground story and remains of the city of Krakow. Wonderful day!!
