Thoroughly enjoyed this tour with Nadya as our guide. She is knowledgeable and passionate about the history. We learned a lot. Highly recommend this your.
This was such a fun way to see the Colosseum!!! To be literally on the arena floor was surreal! It was a hot, humid day, and our guide Sandra was absolutely the best! She waited for shade to describe details of what we were seeing, she was fun, enthusiastic, and kept her sense of humor about her during a super humid day. She even had another tour right after us!! I would highly recommend this tour to experience first-hand the Colosseum, Palantine Hill, and the Roman Forum. Ask for Sandra and you will have the best experience possible!!
Wonderful tour of the Colosseum and forum area with our fantastic guide Anastasia. Lots of history, myths, beautiful views, and archaeological restoration facts. Not only is the area absolutely fascinating, but our guide was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
This was a super comprehensive and immersive tour! Our guide, Vincenzo (Enzo) was so knowledgeable, and clearly loves sharing what he knows with visitors. His enthusiasm carried us through the hours in the sun and our teens really enjoyed learning about Ancient Rome. Thank you, Enzo, for a wonderful morning!
what a great experience. our guide - Luigi - was knowledgeable on every aspect and answered all questions. the pace was good on a very hot day. english was very good and headset provided made everything easy to hear
Our tour guide Luigi for the Colosseum Arena tour was nothing short of exceptional! It was obvious he is passionate about history and gave very detailed explanations about how things worked and interrelated. Even after the tour my family and I found ourselves referring to facts that Luigi mentioned and could see how the various monuments were connected throughout Rome. I highly recommend this tour!
Nora was an incredible guide. She was so knowledgable and engaging with the group. We had our 7-year old with us and he was the only child in the group. Nora found a way to engage him in the experience as well which we really appreciated. The length of the tour was good. It was long enough to see all major areas in and around the Colosseum area and Palentine Hill, without feeling overwhelming. The cost of the tour ticket was worth it for the quality of the tour but also to not need to wait in the long lines.
It was easy to find our guide. She set us up with headphones so we could all hear clearly as she explained the history. She encouraged us to ask questions and we all came away thoroughly enjoying our tour
Our guide was very informative and knowledgeable. We saw many historic sites and given lots of information regarding these sights. We were hoping to spend a little more time in the Colosseum to take more pictures but overall we’re happy with the tour.
This tour was incredible. You walk thru the same gate the gladiators did so long and got a sense of what ancient Roman life was at that time. Our tour guide Sandra was so knowledgeable and sweet. She explained all the ancient structures and what their purpose was at that time. Her storytelling made you feel as if you were back in time in Ancient Rome. We walked along the same ancient stone paths that Romans did so long ago. This tour is a must see and ask for Sandra as your tour guide!
