⚠️ Pick-up service is available only from designated locations within Waikiki. After completing your reservation, please contact us directly to arrange your pick-up. Once we receive your email, we will review your reservation and send you a confirmation with your assigned pick-up details. Please include the following information: * Your email address * Hotel name or accommodation address * Reservation number * Tour date * Tour time We will assign the designated pick-up location closest to your hotel or accommodation. ⚠️ Important: The time shown on your voucher is the boat departure time, not your hotel pick-up time. Hotel pick-up usually takes place approximately one hour before the tour departure time. However, the exact pick-up time varies depending on your hotel and assigned pick-up location. Your exact pick-up time and location will be confirmed by email before your tour. Please carefully check the messages on the website where you made your reservation, as well as your email inbox and spam folder. Please arrive at the assigned pick-up location at least 5 minutes early, as the shuttle departs on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. ⚠️ Pick-up arrangements must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your tour. If we do not receive your pick-up information by then, your pick-up service will be automatically canceled, and you will need to check in directly at the harbor. This was a really fun snorkeling and water play trip. Chris, Mutt, Noah and the rest of the crew were very helpful, friendly and gave us plenty of chances to see turtles both down deep and coming up to the surface. There were also lots of fish to snorkel among. The paddleboard and the sea scooters were also fun to try out, as was jumping into the ocean off the boat. This is a wonderful experience to go on.
WOW, What a great experience! First the crew and captain were incredible. Besides being very welcoming you can tell they truly enjoy doing these trips makes for an exciting trip! We saw tons a turtles and fish the entire time we were. I would recommend this excursion and would even do again.

We saw so many turtles and fish. All of the snorkel masters were extremely friendly and helpful. Our youngest is freshly 3 years old and they were very accommodating for him and our 5 year old. They were able to do cannonballs off the deck and ride kayaks at the end too. 10/10 experience
