Travel through the picturesque Adelaide Hills to the historical Scottish settlement of Strathalbyn. Continue on to the paddle steamer town of Goolwa, where you will have a brief tour of the town, including the wharf, barrage, and beach. On your way to Victor Harbor, cruise past the charming coastal town of Port Elliot, Middleton. Victor Harbor, South Australia’s most popular seaside village, you'll have free time to wander the main street, walk on the Causeway to Granite Island, or stroll along the beach. From here, sit back and relax while you view the stunning coast of Encounter Bay and Rosetta Head. Look out for The Bluff, which overlooks the township of Victor Harbor. Before returning to Adelaide, see some of the stunning southern metropolitan beaches of Port Noarlunga and Glenelg.

From your pickup at your hotel or b&b we will take a casual scenic drive through the picturesque Adelaide Hills as we make our way to the Scottish town of Strathalbyn which will be our first stop of the day. Here you'll be able to take a stroll or stop for coffee before we head off to the Murray Mouth.

Spend time exploring Victor Harbor and Granite Island. This is where you can purchase your lunch and spend arounf 2 hours at this beautiful tourist town. From here, sit back and relax while you view the stunning coast of Encounter Bay and Rosetta Head. Driver Roy was informative and very amusing. He kept the whole bus entertained the whole trip with his jokes at the same time ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. We would highly recommend venturing on the this trip.

From the on-time pick up, we felt the day was going to be a good one. Roy was bright, cheery and welcoming. We had an interesting mix of passengers from across Australia and Toronto, Canada. As per the itinerary, there were plenty of stops with time to wander at leisure. All in all, we had a fabulous day thanks to Roy and his fun and informative banter and jokes.
This is not a wine tour, more a sightseeing experience. We loved the experience, enjoyed the horse drawn tram from Victoria harbour to Granite island. Walked around the island. Our driver Roy was good fun and our group were very interactive. A good day all round.
Roy our driver and guide was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble and he made the trip entertaining and got everyone talking.
The bus driver was extremely helpful and informative. He arrived on time and was very helpful with my husband who is limited in walking.
