The booking time and the final ticket time didn't match, we had to stay 1hr under the sun... Also the reseller is charging almost 2x from the actual price written on the final ticket.
Amazing place a must see when in Paris
Easy and fast .. keep in mind that from payment to the sending of the tickets it takes a little while …
Scammed! I purchased the tickets through Viator. All seemed legitimate until we tried to pass through the gates. We were pulled aside by staff and advised that the tickets were fake. They took us to another office where we were lucky enough to speak with a scam officer who was lovely. Although they were all booked out for the day, she still managed to allow us to purchase another set of tickets. She took photos of our fakes and was following it up on her end. We paid $360au and then another $260au for new legitimate ones. Her advice (and now mine) please buy your tickets DIRECTLY through the place you are visiting, NOT through a 3rd party. Not only was it cheaper, but you are guaranteed to get real tickets, not fake ones. Now I have to try and get my money back through Viator
I figured out how to access the tickets only after I returned from the palace. I was not able to get any useful information out of the customer service and the directions provided via email were not clear at all. Was not able to contact the service guide. All and all, it was a very stressful situation to say the least.
Everything went smoothly I loved it and the service was perfect.
We were not given any options based on our missed travel, even after contacting customer service. Would not use or recommend Viator
Be prepared to walk quite a bit and there are generally lots of people to navigate. Certainly was interesting history of the French history. We took a golf cart around the garden area which allowed us to see quite a bit more.
Fake tickets. Scam. Buying anything from trip advisor has been a scam. Avoid them.
Was great to do at own pace. However, our tickets said kids were included but they weren’t when we got there. We had to purchase tickets for them for the gardens.
