The process to get there and back was seamless and the tour with Mauro was excellent. His knowledge was exceptional, his passion for the topic and his humour were really positive. He was a great tour guide.
easy meet up at the meeting point. short walk to bus that takes you to Versailles. You get information about Versailles on the way there. And then you are avoid the main line to get in. Tour was very good
Our guide. Joachim, aka Joe, was awesome. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was very funny. We enjoyed his commentary very much. He took us through part of the house and then we were free to wander the gardens, find something to eat, or explore the house on our own. The transportation was prompt, clean, and air conditioned. It was a great excursion!
Nathan was a fantastic guide! 🙌🙌 He covered all the important things with such knowledge and enthusiasm! This was really the best way to experience Versailles with then touring gardens on own and lunch in the gardens! There was plenty of time before we met our groups to take bus back to city!
It was easy to book and overall a great experience. We had a good experience checking in and getting to the bus. Our guide for Versailles (Ty) was awesome- really knowledgeable and enthusiastic
The tour was very well organized, comfortable and efficient in getting g to Versailles and the palace. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The palace was fascinating and the garden was lovely. I may not recommend it to all families as it was extremely hot, was a lot of walking at the palace and on the grounds and not many options for getting refreshments and resting. It was also took up a good portion of one of our days. That said, we did enjoy it and are glad to have done it.
Extremely entertaining and amazing landmark. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the historical significance of the castle and grounds.
Our guide was highly knowledgeable and fun to listen to lots of passion for the art Easy entry and we saw alll the highlights and then had time to roam ourselves Highly recommend
The meeting place was clear. The guide was very knowledgeable about the history and art in the palace. He also reminded us about being safe in the crowded rooms. After the tour some guests rented a golf cart to view the gardens. Others walked to the nearby restaurants to enjoy a meal and a cool beverage. Great tour!
Confusion because of lack of busses, so we had to walk to train station and wait for tickets. Probably a delay total of 2 hours. Out of tours control it was extremely hot, which made the tour challenging.
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for the confusion and the long delay caused by the lack of buses, as well as the extra walk to the train station and waiting for tickets. We understand how challenging this must have been, especially with the extreme heat. We hope you still enjoyed your time in Versailles.
