Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel VIP Entry + Audioguide and Pickup

We had another tour booked that got cancelled at the last minute so we were forced to find something else. Despite what the reviews say, this is not a tour. You’re paying an astronomical amount of money to have a driver pick you up and drop you off at the Vatican (you could do this yourself with a taxi) and then another person puts you in the right line. This was a colossal waste of money. Run far far away from this tour.

Excellent tour. Dina was a very special tour guide. Her in-depth information, outstanding knowledge of history was everything you would expect from a person who truly loves her job. We felt privileged gliding through the corridors of Vatican, using hidden passages, avoiding crowds, listening to her stories.

We had the most amazing private tour of the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel. Our guide Alexandria was absolutely wonderful....her vast knowledge and passion for the history of the Vatican and the artists who's breathtaking work is on display there was just incredible. I can't imagine a better way to experience the Vatican. Finding our meeting place was so easy and everyone was friendly at the office before the toured started. Being able to skip the line was also 100% worth the price....because the Vatican can be quite busy and chaotic but having Alexandria's expert guidance made everything so easy in a situation that would otherwise be very confusing if it is your first time there. We very highly recommend taking this tour and hopefully you'll be lucky to get Alexandria....Although I'm sure all the guides are excellent but we are especially happy that we had her to share all of her amazing insights.

We had the best time with Sophie, our 82 year-old tour guide! She is an information bank with endless knowledge about The Vatican. Highly recommend this tour!

After Booking the Tour many months prior, I was contacted the day before to say that unless I paid another $200, my reservation would be cancelled!! I was told it was high season & that there was a pricing error on the website!! I think this was only an attempt to collect more money. Very disappointing that while we were here we didn’t get to do this Tour!!

Great way to see the sights without dealing with huge tours ... So worth it!! Tour guide knew so much history and where to stop at the relevant sights !

We did this tour back in November 2021. The COVID restrictions were somewhat relaxed and our tour guide was exceptional! We had the first morning tour and she was able to get us right into Saint Peters Basillica! We were virtually the only ones on there. Her knowledge of Vatican City and the Sistene Chapel were amazing. She made the morning one of the best tours. It was only topped off by the gentleman at the front desk getting our group of 4 a tour at the Colosseum arranging for 2 separate taxis that arrived within minutes and delivered both parties in front of the Colosseum at the same time! Will definitely use on our next trip to Italy.

This experience was perfect and the only way I’d recommend visiting the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Dina was such a great guide. Personable and knowledgeable about everything. She went at our pace and allowed us to take it all in. She was also great at navigating the larger group tours and getting us the best viewing opportunities. It was such a pleasant experience and would do it again via private tour.

Ella was the PERFECT expert guide for me and my family. She was warm, incredibly easy to understand and a great storyteller. Our trip to the Vatican was timed on the day of my Costa Rican daughter-in-law’s birthday so she could be in Vatican City when the Pope was also there. It was made even more special because of Ella’s excellent guide. I too required a wheelchair and she navigated that perfectly. I will use this your group again.
