Good, but photography is prohibited, and there are a lot of people; especially, you must book your entry in advance, otherwise, it is impossible to access.
Too many people, too much to take in and a little hard to keep up when with tour leader. She was good but a little difficult to understand at times I only wanted to see the Sistine Chapel and the main church area Bit overall good
Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you overall had a good experience and enjoyed visiting the Sistine Chapel and the main church area. We understand that the Vatican can feel overwhelming due to the large number of visitors and the amount of information covered during the tour. We’re also sorry to hear that it was sometimes difficult to keep up with the guide and understand everything clearly. Your comments are very valuable to us and will help us improve the experience for future guests. If you have any suggestions or would like to book other tours in Rome, please feel free to contact us at tous@toursofrome.info — we’d be happy to assist you personally. Kind regards, The Tours of Rome Team
Good guide. The app and the ticket access process doesn’t work well and added unnecessary stress. No Raphael Rooms on the tour was a disappointment.
Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the guide, but we’re sorry that the app and ticket access process caused unnecessary stress and that the Raphael Rooms were not included as expected. Please note that access to certain areas, including the Raphael Rooms, may occasionally be restricted or rerouted due to crowd management or decisions made by the Vatican Museums, sometimes without prior notice. That said, we understand how disappointing this can be, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your comments are very valuable to us, and we will use them to improve both our communication and operational processes. If you have any suggestions or would like to book other tours in Rome, please feel free to contact us at info@buonjronotours.com — we’d be happy to assist you personally. Kind regards,
Wonderful and beautiful experience. So much to see. I recommend not using a tour guide if you want to take your time looking at all the art.
Don’t purchase this tour the face value of the ticket is €26.50 per person I was charged £205 for two tickets via this operator!!
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your visit. This is not the impression we want to leave, and we understand how frustrating it can be when expectations are not met—especially in such a crowded and busy area like the Vatican. To clarify: When the Vatican Museum’s official tickets are sold out, the only available option is through licensed tour operators, and even then, crowd conditions and Vatican security procedures can affect skip-the-line access. Our staff members are positioned in designated meeting points, but during peak crowd times, we understand it may be challenging to spot them. We are taking your feedback seriously to improve visibility and assistance for future guests. We do not want any customer to feel scammed. If you feel the service you received did not match what you paid for, please reach out to us directly at tours@toursofrome.info with your booking details. We are more than willing to review your case and work toward a fair resolution. Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us improve. Kind regards, Tours of Rome Team
Lots of great history. Love the ear pieces. NYC could learn from you. Pace was fast but it was good.
Well what can I say, out of all our tours in Italy this a must for your bucket list. Our guide Elizabeth’s was absolutely brilliant in every aspect. Her knowledge and presentation was superb. I’m not even a catholic but was very moved by the whole experience. 😊

Warm regards,
Informative guide provided a lot of background information. We walked through the museum, sistine chappel and St Peter's Basicillica. Took about 2.5 hours.
Apparently we were there and a slightly less busy day and IT WAS PACKED. The tour itself felt a little rushed but I think it may be the only way to see all the things we did.
They should know the history of the Vatican City without too preachy . They started on time where they start. Very informative. After giving you ticket in the Vatican museum, they give a headset so you can hear the guide spoken in english and you keep up. The guide will tell you what to do and not to do. Don't get lost! The place is crowded, loud , very busy and tightly run. As for dress, shoulder have to be covered and there are some areas you don't wear your hat. Wear long pants just in case. You won't see the pope but the tour and the experience is enough
