Stop 1: Ticket Pickup at Vicolo del Farinone 23| Arrive at our shop at the time of your reservation to collect your skip-the-line tickets. Our address is Vicolo del Farinone 23. How to get there: From St. Peter’s Square, walk under the right-hand colonnade (when facing the Basilica). Vicolo del Farinone is the first street after the arch. Look for the Gyash Tours sign.
Stop 2: Vatican Museums Orientation Our staff will provide you with clear instructions and a map to help you reach the entrance of the Vatican Museums (approximately 10–15 minutes walking distance). We’ll explain the best route to avoid confusion and ensure a smooth arrival.

- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- Name on the ticket: All entrance tickets must be purchased in the name of the visitor. It is mandatory to ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor's identification. Regardless of the purchaser, the ticket must be in the visitor's name to be valid for entry.
- Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
- Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
- Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Vatican security.

- Disabled visitors can enter freely with a valid ID/passport and a disability card showing a disability level of over 74%.
- Saturday, January 3, January 9, 2026 The Sistine Chapel will close to the public from 2:00 PM, with last entrance at 1:00 PM. Saturday, January 10, 2026 The Sistine Chapel will close to the public from 12:00 PM, with last entrance at 11:00 AM.
- We inform you that from January 12 to March 31, extraordinary maintenance work will take place on Michelangelo’s Last Judgment in the Sistine Chapel. For this reason, scaffolding will be installed and will cover the entire wall during this period.

I’ve never left a review, but I am so grateful for the help I received that I had to. Feel free to ignore if you hate essays. I’m not one for third-party-bookings (with respect), but I was out of options with a week left in Italy. I was a bit hesitant about meeting somewhere to receive the ticket, but it was no big deal, as it’s a pretty close walk to the Vatican. I had run into an issue and couldn’t be at the meeting point on time, and they accommodated me well. They walked me to the Vatican to make sure I could get in within the 30min time frame allowed. They had also offered to meet me at the Vatican and bring me my ticket. I was then brought the rest of the way (they waited!) by Juan, who is a very nice and happy man. He made me feel extremely comfortable about accidentally being a menace. We breezed through the speedy line and the 95° made every cent worth it. Juan went as far as going to the counter with me to ensure they’d accept my ticket. Don’t tell anyone, but you can stay as long as you want in the museum despite a listed time frame. You will be prompted to leave by 7:30 though! You don’t have to dress fancy, cover the shoulders and knees (I brought a shawl) -only have to wear in the Sistine Chapel-not the museum! No backpacks. Wear comfy shoes and enjoy. Shoutout Juan.

We made it to the office and were told to wait. Our tour was at 12:30 and they came back to get us at 12:45. They tried to get an extra $50 for a tour guide (the ad said this was included in the price). When we declined the fella got mad at us. Then he gave us our tickets and sent us on our way with verbal directions. When we got to the Vatican museums, the lady at check in said that the audio was included. Late for our tour, dismissed and sitting in a dirty area waiting… NOT the highlight of our vacation.

I don’t understand the bad reviews about this company 🤷♀️ We had such an easy and stress-free experience. The employees were very nice and walked you exactly to where you needed to go. The prices were very reasonable for a skip-the-line ticket, especially because we were buying very last-minute. And, yes, I certainly believe the cost is worth it to skip the line.

Got us right to the front of the line and handled dealing with security and ushers to make sure we got right in, then left us to tour the city alone as we had hoped! Worth it on busy days to cut lines that could be 2 hours long or more
