We found the city of Rome not only very crowded but our GPS was not working properly and we ended up walking in circles. The city itself is expensive with ok quality if you know where to eat and go.
Finding the meeting point to exchange the voucher (app) for tickets was very confusing. The first tour of the day was of the Vatican, and went smoothly. The next tour was St Peters square and Basilica. There was no ticket and or skip the line as promised, so by the time we got through, missed the Colliseum tour. I feel you owe me at least a 50% refund..
Hi, The instructions of the meeting points and details of the tour was clearing mentioned in the description. I request you please go through the ticket again. We as a tour operator are not responsible for functioning of App (if it doesn't point you to right direction). As mentioned in the description, the tour includes Vatican museums, Sistine chapel & Highlights of Rome, St.peter basilica do not have guided tour, it's a church and do not have skip the line as well. After Vatican museums tour there was 4 hours gap to reach the next meeting point for Rome tour. Even if you visit St.Peter basilica staying in the line it would take not more than 2 hours to complete the visit to the church. I request you to make sure you read all the instructions and check the complete ticket details ahead of the tour.
My family and I did this experience and it was excellent! Both our our guides were so knowledgeable and explained the history to us. I definitely recommend this experience. It is a long day though. We should not have walked the 2km distance between the two experiences, so I suggest getting a taxi or other transportation to the next spot.
An excellent review. It is a night tour. Where are you roam in Rome. Good location . Easy to access with public transport.
Nice and peaceful place to visit. I really enjoyed myself . My whole family was happy visiting the city and enjoyed all the sceneries around
It is an amazing place to visit. Being with friends in such a beautiful place is just what l needed for start of a new year back then .
The city was beautiful. I will never forget my delightful experience over there. It was mesmerizing and peaceful. I had a great time with my family
VJ was very nice and helpful and accommodated us. I had 2 teenage girls with me. We booked for 10:30 am and got there early and were able to go into the Vatican Museums at 9:45, so that was great! The tourguide for the Vatican Museums was very knowledgeable but he spoke fast with a thick accent so sometimes it was hard to understand him. This was way over the heads of the teenagers. Then we had to meet at a second location for the walking tour. No meeting time was set and when I called they said 6 pm due to the heat, Which did not work for us as we had other plans. VJ came right away and gave us a private group tour. He was very nice and informative. And the girls learned a lot, asked questions and were much happier. He even bought us gelatto!
