Your skip-the-line reservation will ensure that you have more time to spend visiting these magnificent masterpieces instead of waiting hours in line. After meeting your host, you will be accompanied inside the main hall without waiting in line and receive your tickets. Discover the Museum Pio-Clementino, home to the famous " Laocoön and His Sons ", known for inspiring Michelangelo and other famous Italian artists. Here you will also find the " Belvedere Torso", and the Round Hall. Make sure not to miss out the Raphael Rooms, located on the second floor overlooking the south side of the Belvedere Courtyard, four rooms entirely decorated by magnificent frescoes of Italian renaissance artists including Raphael.

Start your experience by meeting your host or, if included, your expert tour guide, who will provide your skip-the-line tickets and help you access the Vatican Museums. For guided options, headsets are included for clear commentary as you explore some of the museum’s most celebrated highlights, from the Pinecone Courtyard to the Pio-Clementino Museum and the stunning Vatican Galleries. Your guide will bring the collections to life with stories and insights along the way. If you select the ticket-only option, your host will escort you to the entrance and you will then visit the museums independently.

Please note that this section is not always included in the Guided Tour option, as the itinerary may vary depending on the visitor flow inside the Museums.
Uncover the Gallery of Maps, a remarkable Vatican gallery decorated with richly detailed frescoed maps that celebrate the geography and beauty of Italy, along with other iconic sections such as the Gallery of Candelabra and the Gallery of Tapestries.
Admire the Raphael Rooms, a series of extraordinary frescoed chambers renowned for their beauty and for masterpieces such as The School of Athens, one of Raphael’s most celebrated works. Please note that this section is not always included in the Guided Tour option, as the itinerary may vary depending on the visitor flow inside the Museums.
Your experience continues with a visit to the Sistine Chapel, one of the world’s most famous and awe-inspiring landmarks. Marvel at Michelangelo’s extraordinary frescoes, from the Creation of Adam to the dramatic Last Judgment, and take in the beauty and significance of this sacred space. As the chapel is a place of worship, silence and respectful behavior are required during the visit. Seeing it in person is a truly unforgettable highlight of any Vatican experience.

- Please note that access to the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica is subject to Vatican regulations and official events and may close these areas without prior notice. However, your ticket will still grant access to the Vatican Museums and partial refunds cannot be issued
- Knees and shoulders must be covered to enter during your visit.
- A mandatory security check to access the museums may require a wait of up to 30 minutes.
- Visitors with a certified disability of more than 67% are entitled to free admission. If the visitor is not self-sufficient, one accompanying person is also granted free admission.
- Check-in at the meeting point, Via Sebastiano Veniero 74, is mandatory to collect the official tickets , as the booking voucher is not accepted to enter
- The tour involves climbing stairs. There is no elevator access in most areas of the Vatican Museums. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
- Strollers are allowed inside the Vatican Museums, however please be aware that most areas have stairs and limited elevator access. If the Basilica option is selected, strollers must be folded and carried through the entrance. It is not possible to join the tour with a stroller unless it is foldable.
- Wheelchairs and mobility aids cannot be used to access St. Peter's Basilica via the Sistine Chapel exit, due to security regulations. For this reason, travelers using wheelchairs are unable to join the group tour, as they are required to follow a separate accessible route that avoids stairs. We recommend contacting us before booking for further assistance.
- Please bring a valid passport or photo ID, as it may be required for entry and security checks at the Vatican Museums.
- The ticket price includes the official Vatican Museums entrance fee (€20+€5 per adult, €8+€5 per child aged 6-18), plus applicable taxes, booking fees, hosted entry, and meeting point assistance.
- Please note that a live guide and the St. Peter’s Basilica are not included in every booking option. To include Basilica access or a guided tour in your experience, you must select the specific option that clearly mentions a live guide or St. Peter’s Basilica at the time of booking. We kindly recommend reviewing the selected option and its inclusions carefully before completing your reservation.
- We're sorry, but late arrivals will not be able to join the guided tour(if selected) due to Museum regulations
- Please note that skip-the-line access cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals, as priority entry is valid only for the reserved time slot.
- Basilica access, if selected in your option, is permitted only with the guide, and the priority cannot be used independently as it is included through a shared group reservation

At the meeting point, we were able to stay cool despite the heat in Rome on July 31st. All the guides were super friendly and we arrived at the Vatican Museum without lines. It was great, I recommend it.

Process to get the ticket was easy. As part of a large group, we were led through the three check points in the tour group line. But once inside we were on our own. It was so hot, I would not want to be in a tour group, stopping so much to listen to a guide! Haha! We used the museum's audio guide.

Our guide Julia was fantastic!!! She was funny, friendly, so nice and patient with our group of 6 very hot NY’ers lol. We wound up cutting our tour short because of the heat, but absolutely no fault of Julia. Would recommend this tour a million times but if it’s hot, bring fans and water!

Such a great experience in Rome. We were a family with teen son, plenty to do and see. We weren’t told but women you need to cover shoulders in the chapel otherwise you will need to purchase a pashmina for €5 …. From a seller.

I had a wonderful experience with guide John Giordano. Before you book, it is worth noting that this is an escorted entrance, not a guided tour. The process was smooth and well organized especially thanks to John, who escorted us in. More impressive than I envisaged. Aside from it being really busy, it was awe inspiring. John from Inside Out Italy was really helpful. He walked me solo to the Vatican grande and ensured I found my guide. He was excellent! Perfect way to see the Vatican and Sistine Chapel with no queuing.
