- Baggage allowance: 25 lbs. Guaranteed. Additional standby baggage is space available with a charge. Baggage weight allowance includes all baggage, including purses.
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
- A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.

We caught plane from Vancouver to Victoria early morning then spent the day exploring Victoria, going on whale watching tour then catching ferry home. Harbour air was excellent. Was easy purchase and very reasonably priced. The whole check in procedure was simple. Flight was great. Only downside was as a couple we struggled to fit on the twin seats. I’m tall. We did sit no problem on the single seat side behind one another

It was a smooth flight. The sun was shining and the views were spectacular. The check in went quickly. Get there early so that your bags are taken down to the plane and stowed by the employees. Otherwise you have to carry them down the gangplank and to the plane yourself.

I had a pleasant, safe and scenic time waiting for my Harbour Air flight to Victoria recently. The lounge was nice, but the views were even better. The flight was nice in a leather seat and at a low, scenic altitude. Only nice things to say about my pilot.
