The tour with Jason was alright overall. He provided very minimal information about the places we visited, and he seemed more interested in talking about racial differences of people in different areas which made me uncomfortable. He drove very aggressively which was a bit stressful, but he got us there in one piece. What topped it off was him demanding "now you're going to tip at least $25 for the service" at the end. I was going to tip already but that felt disrespectful and rude to demand.

Trip was very enjoyable. Andrew was informative, relaxed, friendly and well organized. We covered all of the highlights with enough time to explore & enjoy. He was very pleasant as he drove us to the destinations & explained everything in English & Chinese.
Disorganized pick up, but accommodating drop off. Great tour of vancouver. Comfortable van. Challenge understanding the English due to accent.
Vancouver is such a beautiful city and my bf and I really wanted to have an opportunity to take in all of the attractions and historic sites the city had to offer. Problem was we only had 2 days and 1 night in Vancouver. We decided to hop on this 1-day city tour with First Express Travel to get it all in and we would have a free day on the second day to just relax and revisit sites we really loved. Just highly recommend this City Tour! The tour guide was knowledgeable and it was great to have someone just inform us of history and background of each place. The guided tour is done on a bus so it was much more relaxing and stress free to not have to worry about driving and parking. My 2 favorite spots was Capilano Suspension Bridge and the Fly Over Canada ride!
Didn’t enjoy the trip at all. Tour guide spoke mainly in mandarin even though we were Cantonese and didn’t understand the language. He did speak in English sometimes but not often. Tour guide queried our service fee and wanted us to pay more than what was in our ticket making us feel very uncomfortable in front of all of the other tourists in the bus which was quite embarrassing for us even after we showed him our tickets and he took a photo of it. Your was catered very much for the Asian tourists and not for the English only speaking tourists. We found prices for entry to the Capilano suspension bridge and the Canada flyover cheaper on line to book than what the tour guide said he would do for “cash” which was so disappointing. Would not book with this company again.
Charlie the tour guide friendly , helpful , knowledgeable . The weather off and on raining but he be able to a Thru out the day
Charlie was an excellent guide and careful driver. He was very knowledgeable about the whole area. He was very friendly and accommodating. We had an awesome time.
Just an overall enjoyable and fun experience with this travel company. Jessie was superb and answered all the questions I had about the trip. Tom our tour guide was just amazing and provided informative accounts of all the sites we visited and spoke multiple languages to ensure all of us was taken care of. Thank you Jessie and thank you Tom for making our travel to Vancouver one of a kind!
Had a great time traveling around Vancouver city and hitting all the historic sites and local attractions. Personal fave was Stanley Park. The seawall is just amazing and makes for a great photo. Cheers from Florida
