Discovery of the city with our guide Roberto. He is very friendly and knows the city very well. He was able to adapt the bike ride according to our preferences; there were just two of us, so it was very pleasant. I recommend it.
Our guide seemed to be sick, coughing a lot. especially in the end, it seemed he made a point of coughing into his hand and then offered to shake our hands. We were a bit freaked out. I think he took us on the real basic tour as we saw other tour guides stopping and talking much more than he did. Not too impressed for the money.

I participated in the three-hour tour: beautiful and very interesting, especially for those who have little time. Our Italian guide, due to an injury, could not be present and was replaced by another guide, a very kind French-born boy, who, however, had many difficulties in telling and explaining the sites visited. I did not appreciate the fact that we were not notified in advance, also because we had requested a bike with pedal assistance and we were asked for a supplement of 5 €. It’s not about money, but since there was already a shortage in the guide service they could have made a gesture to compensate.

Julio a passionate about Valencia took us everywhere, and transmitted that energy, we love this amazing experience! If I could give you 100 points, I'd do it without hesitation. The best thing I could have done to know this magnificent city. The tour lasted 3 hours but extended much longer! The bike tour was disappointing overall compared to expectations. The tourist information provided was very basic, without any interesting details or insights: a paper guide like the Lonely Planet proved to be much more useful. In addition, the guide spoke very little Italian, making it difficult to follow the explanations. At check-in we were not given any indication: they did not even know that we would have to be accompanied by a guide, and the organization seemed rather rough. Considering the price, we expected a much more complete and curated experience. On the positive side, the bike ride was pleasant and allowed us to discover the main attractions of the city. The guide, even with the limitations described, has proved kind and helpful.

Fabulous bike tour. We upgraded to the e bike tour and we were glad we did. We covered a very large part of the city with lots of interesting stops. We took the tour on a Sunday morning so the roads were lovely and quiet (although we spent a lot of our time in the Rio park which was gorgeous. There are also only 4 on our tour which made it very personal as our guide was perfect.
