Instead of racing you through 5 cellar door, we visit 3 of the Yarra Valleys best and give each the time it deserves - a guided tasting at Chandon, a cheese and wine pairing at De Bortoli's and a relaxed lunch and wine tasting at Ai Fiori Trattoria Soumah Wines or Tokar Estate. Set against rolling vineyard views, the tasting showcases a selection of Chandon’s finest cuvées, highlighting the region’s cool-climate elegance and refined style. You can take some time to explore the gift shop and take in the views from the terrace
Lunch is a true highlight of the day, enjoyed at Soumah’s restaurant, where Northern Italian cuisine takes centre stage. Begin with a generous antipasti board, designed to share and showcase fresh, seasonal flavours, followed by your choice of main course. Your meal is perfectly paired with a glass of wine—personally selected as the standout from your earlier tasting—bringing the experience full circle. Set amongst rolling vineyards, the restaurant offers stunning views and a warm, inviting ambience that encourages you to relax and savour the moment. Depending on your booking date, we also have the beautiful Tokar Estate as a dining option, where a chef’s table experience provides an equally memorable and indulgent alternative for lunch and a wine tasting
Your day includes a premium cheese and wine pairing at De Bortoli Estate, hosted in the exclusive VIP or Trophy Room for an intimate and elevated experience. Guided by knowledgeable hosts, you’ll enjoy a curated selection of cheeses perfectly matched to De Bortoli’s standout wines, including the iconic and multi award-winning Noble One—renowned as one of Australia’s finest dessert wines. This relaxed yet refined setting offers the perfect finale, bringing together flavour, storytelling, and a true sense of place in the Yarra Valley. Please note should De Bortoli be unavailable due to private events such as weddings, we offer an equally enjoyable alternative at St Huberts Estate, featuring a cheese board paired with their estate wines in a beautiful vineyard setting.

This tour is great for a small group. 6 people max. The driver Nicki was fantastic. The drive through the countryside was beautiful and we also got to see kangaroos up close. The wine tasting was very nice and also a great lunch was provided. I highly recommend this tour 👌.

The guide was very knowledgeable about the region. The wine tasting was somewhat uneven. The wine tasting accompanied by cheese from the 1st vineyard was excellent. The wine tasting from the 2nd vineyard was mediocre but the lunch was excellent. The sparkling wine tasting was als excellent.

The day was very enjoyable - however lunch was disappointing it did not cater for gluten free my lunch was a handful of rice crackers A piece of chicken and a small amount of French fries for the money paid I would expect a way better lunch I was very hungry - the plater was mainly red meat which I do not eat and it had to feed 6 people I have done many wine tours in Yarra valley. the cheese tasting was enjoyable lovely cheese this tour is very expensive compared to other tours I have done to this region tour guide was very informative with information for the region overall an enjoyable day

Our winery tour with Nicci was fantastic! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much fun. Not only did we enjoy excellent wines, but she also brought us to a cheese pairing and a chocolate factory, which made the day even more special. Everything was well-paced and organized, and I felt very well taken care of. I’m really satisfied with the tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.
