This bucket list trip with my pop was unforgettable. He always wanted to see Niagara Falls and we finally did. Our tour with Team Jessica was fantastic. Jessica picked us up at the Hilton on schedule and stopped at several other hotels to gather the full group. Bring your passport and ID, you’ll need them twice on this trip. First crossing back into the USA through security. Jess explained exactly what to expect. Next, Maid of the Mist, with Jess guiding where to stand if you wanted to stay a little drier. But we wanted the full experience, so we got wet! I recommend wearing comfortable water shoes, you’ll need them more than once. The views from the boat were breathtaking. I’ll never forget that feeling. The next stop included a really interesting history lesson and a short film about the Falls and their rise to fame. After that, we walked down steps and catwalks to get up close with the American Falls. Even with the oversized poncho they give you, don’t expect to stay dry. The water goes everywhere. Back on the bus, it’s a a good time to change into those comfortable dry shoes. I’d also bring a small towel you can leave with your things on the bus. One family with little ones, under 12, changed clothes for them at the next stop, which was smart. We stopped for lunch at a cafeteria, with a gift shop maple syrup, and candy makers. Don’t miss the samples! After lunch, we enjoyed more beautiful scenery and additional sightseeing. We also went up the Skylon Tower, where views of both falls were fantastic. My pop and I had actually gone there for dinner the night before, so we skipped that part of the tour. Jessica was kind enough to drive us back to our hotel while the rest of the group finished up. One thing to note, Jessica doesn’t accompany guests on each attraction. Instead, she focuses on driving, giving instructions, sharing information, and making sure everyone knows where to go and what to expect. She keeps the day running smoothly. I highly recommend this trip. Request Jessica and get ready to proudly shout “Team Jessica!” before the end, even if you’re not usually that vocal.
