Outside the season you can take an amazing close-up "Journey Behind the Falls" to stand in the mist behind thundering Horseshoe Falls. Journey Behind the Falls is included in the tour when the Maid of the Mist is not operating in the winter months
Then, descend 175 feet (53 meters) to the famed ‘hurricane deck’ to feel the thunder of the Falls at the amazing Cave of the Winds exhibit (while in season).
After pickup from your hotel in a comfortable, air conditioned sightseeing vehicle, set off with your expert guide on a fun-filled day of sightseeing. During this 6-hour tour, see all of the main attractions of this area. Enjoy a wet and wild cruise aboard the Maid of the Mist boat, operating seasonally (mid May to October)*. - Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

Randy did an amazing job. He was a very interactive tour guide and did his best to make sure that we were all on the bus. He was also very funny and had a lot of great personal stories to tell while riding along.

Husband and I just spent 3 days I Niagara Falls Ontario on our way back home to Virgina and have an awesome time here! By far this tour we booked today was one of our best! Our tour guide Randy was lot’s of fun, and kept us entertained for over 6 hours. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the tour . He was very informative and knowledgeable and I felt like I learned a lot . Each stop was just the right time to take great pics of the amazing falls and feel the moment .we didn’t feel rushed. The Maid Of The Mist ride was SO cool! If you don’t want to get too drenched , take his advice! lol 😁. Doing the both sides of this tour was the right decision for us. We thought it was well worth it and I would definitely recommend it.
Four ladies booked a private day trip to visit the American Falls, ride the Maid of the Mist, & visit Goat Island. After lunch we went to the Canadian side to view the Falls in several different spots, visit the Skylon Tower, & drove out to see the Floral Clock. Nancy was our tour guide. She is a delightful lady full of info on Niagara Falls. I have difficulty walking & Nancy was so kind & considerate to me. She drove me right up to the doors or sidewalk so I didn't have to do a lot of extra walking. & we rode the Maid of the Mist first thing in the morning & none of us really wanted to get wet so as we entered the Falls she walked us around the boat so we only felt a little of the mist. Nancy is a Treasure! We all had a fabulous day & much of it was due to Nancy's kindness! Also we were staying in an AirBnB about 10 minutes out of Niagara Falls but Nancy came right to the house to pick us up. Yes the private day tour is costly but at the end of the day we all agreed it was well worth the money!! Thanks Nancy for an enjoyable tour.
Had a great tour with Randy. We were promptly picked up in the morning. Randy was full of helpful hints on all aspects of our experiences and kept us moving. Very knowledgeable and lots of fun facts and stories.

Tour guide Eric was fantastic. Entertaining, knowledgeable, made us feel like family. Took very good care of all of us, but was especially amazing with the kids and folks with mobility issues. Had great stories and told them well. This tour saves the hassle of parking and traffic. Pick up and drop off from our campground. Made customs crossing easier too.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Niagara Falls tour, and our tour guide, Patty, was a huge part of what made the day so special. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely excited to share the history and beauty of Niagara Falls with us. The tour was very well organized, and my guide made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the sights, take pictures, and really appreciate the experience. She shared interesting stories and information throughout the tour without ever making it feel like a lecture. I would highly recommend this tour and especially our guide, Patty, to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

It was a wonderful experience. Our guide/driver Eric was personable, knowledgeable, and entertaining. All day long he shared stories about Niagra Falls and the many and varied personalities of the characters involved. My wife and I both have mobility issues and Eric was helpful and understanding. The itinerary was well thought out and through allowing us to have a great experience. The value of the entire experience was well worth the price. I wholeheartedly recommend the Over the Falls tour.
