It’s great to be taken on a tour by someone who’s so passionate about his home city. Hugo took us on a fabulous walking tour through Melbourne CBD. The coffee, artwork, pieces of history were all really wonderful. I would highly recommend Depot Adventures to anyone. :)
Fabulous tour with Emily, who was such a wonderful tour guide! We learnt so much! Emily had so many interesting tales to tell about Melbourne, the history was fascinating. We would totally recommend this walking tour, even with a little bit of Melbourne weather! Thank you we had a great time!
Fantastic. Highly recommend. Beau was brilliant at sharing his knowledge and humour regarding all of the nooks and cranny’s of Melbourne.
Just that it’s amazing. Our guide Emily was very knowledgeable and her passion for what she’s doing came through in spades.
What can I say that others haven't? Hugo is a phenomenal guide. This tour is 100% worth the few extra bucks compared to the standard large group tours. Being nimble, getting history from a local, moving easily through coffee shops, laneways, meandering across town was the perfect activity for my whole family. Hugo has personal relationships with and a great report and respect for docents at historic sites, vendors, and bartenders that makes the experience comfortable and warm. I would have adventured on their other tours if I had more time in the city!
Great tour - exactly what we wanted. The history aspect and coverage of CBD was excellent . Emily, our guide, was awesome. Thanks a bunch!
Beau was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgable, very caring, clear and enthusiastic. I have been to Melbourne before but I still learnt a lot of new things from Beau. My daughters also had a great time. The secret alley trips were very interesting. and the free coffee and pub at the end were also fun.
John was very knowledgeable and was keen to share his love of all things Melbourne. Great hot Chocolate then later a cider.
This tour is fantastic! We learned so much about the history of Melbourne and our guide Beau, has a wonderful sense of humor, filled with knowlege of and love for the area. We walked away feeling enriched and ready to explore!
You should absolutely take this tour if you want to learn the general layout of Melbourne CBD. It’s fun and educational, meeting new people is always fun, so reach out and say hello to others too. The tour leaders are Melbournians so they know this city.
