Such a great day. Learnt a lot about the beautiful Adelaide city - culture, history, art, little gems, and some local recommendations. I feel like Adelaide is my home away from home. My tour guide, Dax, was knowledgeable, friendly, but adventurous. Perfect time - enough to sleep in and have breaky before meeting. Good stuff!!! Recommend to all travellers.
Hi Michelle, Thank you so much for the glowing review of our Ultimate Adelaide Walking Tour. It has made our day to hear that our love for Adelaide shone through and that you now appreciate our beautiful and dynamic city so much more. Enjoy the rest of your time in South Australia and hope you are having lots of fantastic red and white wine tastings in the Barossa. Kind regards, Dax Radelaide Tours
Great day doing a walking tour with DAX Got a great understanding of the central city and how to navigate our way around while taking in the key points. Finished the tour with an 90 minute walk, history and tasting around the Adelaide Central markets. Highly recommend this tour as a must do first day to get your bearings in Adelaide,
Hi Brad, Thank you for joining us on the Complete Adelaide: City Walk and Central Markets Tour. We are chuffed to hear that you enjoyed the tour with Dax. We hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Adelaide and South Australia. Kind regards, Team Radelaide Tours
This was a great tour! A great way to get to know the city of Adelaide. Graeme was lovely and so knowledgable about the city.
Hi, Thank you joining us on our Ultimate Adelaide tour. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour with Graeme. Kind regards, Dax Radelaide Tours.
Although this is a good tour, it was too long and there were not enough opportunities to sit, given the distance we covered and the amount of standing we did. 2 hours for a walking tour should be the limit.
Hi Colette, Thank you for your feedback on our Ultimate Tour. We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the experience as much as our other guests have in the past. With over 350 x Five star reviews, it shows many of our previous guests feel differently. Our Ultimate tour is advertised as a 2 and a half to 3 hour tour and the distance covered during the tour is around 3km. To help with the enjoyment of the tour our guides do point out spots for guests to sit during the tour whilst we talk and we take a rest break half way through the tour where everyone has a sit down, an opportunity to use toilet facilities and gets to enjoy some complimentary South Australian snacks and a drink. We also use the free tram network in Adelaide to save 15 minutes of walking time which allows us to cover the wide range of attractions and topics in our tour that aren't seen or heard about on other tours that are shorter in duration. We are disappointed you didn't enjoy the tour but have noted your comments. If you are ever back in Adelaide please get in touch with us and we will be happy for you to join another of our tours. We would recommend joining our Discover Adelaide, Hidden Adelaide or Central Markets tour. All of which are 2 hours or shorter in length. We would love to have a second chance to show you why our tours are consistently rated 5 stars. Kind regards, Dax CEO and Founder of Radelaide Tours.
