Very poor service from Crown Tours, just walk away.

I purchased with Tiqets but the tickets are sold by Crown Tours for the tour. We had an appointment for 10 AM with the representative from Crown Tours who only showed up an hour later. The time for the visit that we chose was at 10:10 AM. The representative was simply supposed to hand us the tickets for the tour. Following our purchase with Tiqets, we received a QR code. Following that, we received another QR code but this time from Crown Tours. Still no tickets… which were handed to us on the morning of the visit!!! Above all, do not express your dissatisfaction to the representative from Crown Tours, he quickly becomes arrogant and disdainful.

Tickets Not Honored

The museum would not accept the voucher that we received from Viator for entry. We received an email later - after it was too late - with a link for actual tickets. I spent 88 Euros for nothing. I can only hope to get a refund.

Label hoax!

We had a skip the line ticket for the Uffizi Gallery on December 30. The employee was 5-10 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, which was 15 minutes before the start of the timeslot. She handed out the tickets and kindly assigned us a human queue. There were 1000 people in front of us, and after 15 minutes we had barely got anywhere and still had 500 m. I find it deeply dubious that this is called a Skip the Line ticket. Label hoax!

Wenn es trotz eines reservierten Eintritts zu langen Wartezeiten kommt, ist der Frust absolut nachvollziehbar — insbesondere dann, wenn das Produkt als „Skip-the-Line“ beworben wird. Leider kommt es an stark frequentierten Tagen wie dem 30.12. vor, dass es trotz Zeitfenster und Reservierung zu Verzögerungen durch die internen Sicherheits- und Zugangskontrollen der Uffizien kommt. Dennoch hätten wir die Erwartungen transparenter kommunizieren müssen, und auch die verspätete Ankunft unserer Mitarbeiterin tut uns leid. Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback sehr ernst und werden es intern weitergeben, um sowohl die Organisation vor Ort als auch die Beschreibung des Produkts zu verbessern. Greater appreciation for art

Quick entry into the Uffizi Gallery. Annette, our guide, shared a lot of information about the art, giving us a greater appreciation of what we were looking at. Great experience for someone that enjoys museums but wants a deeper understanding of the art history and details about each of the pieces we viewed.
