A well organised trip from the coach pickup to return. Cruise time spot on Very enjoyable. Good selection of food
Catch a tourist. 1:30 one way 1:30 return Boats crowded with people, no place. drink except beer all the rest is paying meals on board very average , at an extra charge 15 euros for 10 minutes of cave!!! Blue lagoon really inaccessible so many people when in Gozo the boat stops 1 hour to swim!!!!
Ship was nice, weather was perfect, blue lagoon was beautiful. Tour listed several places but we only stopped at 2 and one you had to pay an extra fee. Frustrating to customers when you don't get what's listed and then extra fees you weren't aware of are asked of you.
Thanks for your feedback. What's frustrating is when people don't read anything before posting comments like this. There are only two listed stops: one at the Blue Lagoon and another in Gozo’s waters. Sailing itself is not considered a stop. There are no extra fees to be paid for anything, what you are refering to is the OPTIONAL speedboat trip to the caves and crystal lagoon, which is listed in at least 3 sections: 1. Exclusions sections: "Optional motorboat trip to Comino Caves and the Crystal Lagoon (€15 per person)" 2. Additional Info: "The cost of the optional motorboat trip to Comino Caves and the Crystal Lagoon is €15 per person. The fee is subject to change without prior notice." 3. Itinerary: "Crystal Lagoon: The cost of the optional motorboat trip to Comino Caves and the Crystal Lagoon is €15 per person. The fee is subject to change without prior notice." If you’re claiming you were not aware, the best thing you can do is take a couple of minutes to read the information first.
This is a fantastic day out - we absolutely loved it! Great crew, lots of sights pointed out and totally relaxing day with great music, amazing views, good company and fantastic weather. Loved the sights, food, drinks, swims and just time to completely relax without having to think about anything. morning and afternoon snacks and great buffet lunch all included. well worth what we paid.
This company does not care at all about its passengers! This is a tourist cruise that will leave you behind! We were 2mins late back to the boat at the Blue Lagoon only to see it sailing away without us! The captain tells you before you get off that it’s safe to leave your belongings while u go for a swim n then leaves u behind only to have our shoes stolen!! Also to mention that there were 2 ships upon departure n our left much later shortening our time at the blue lagoon and then they didn’t give us any extra time!! We paid for alcohol and lunch and was totally jipped!! 2 minutes late and had our whole day ruined! The staff ignored me when I requested to be reimbursed for the shoes and refused to refund me for paying for a service that I did not receive!! When we saw them loading more passengers into the ship after everyone on our tour got off we realised that it’s all about the money for this company n they don’t care at all about the individual!!! I am of Maltese background n it was my first time visiting Malta only to be given such horrible customer service from this mob! My advice, choose a different tour company!! They give Maltese people a bad name when I know from experience how warm and friendly Maltese people really are!!!
First and foremost, you were not just 2 minutes late. Our onboard team tracks all departures and returns precisely, and your delay exceeded the grace period that is reasonably acceptable in a tightly scheduled tour operation. All guests are clearly informed of the exact departure time before disembarking, and it is each passenger’s responsibility to return on time. Much like an airplane, train, or bus, boats are not an exception and cannot wait for latecomers, as doing so would delay the entire schedule and negatively impact the experience of every other paying guest on board. This is a shared group tour, not a private charter. We cannot and will not delay the itinerary for individual passengers who fail to return on time. To suggest that the day was ruined by the company is inaccurate — the situation was entirely avoidable and the result of your own disregard for the clearly stated schedule. Regarding your belongings: it is also clearly stated that you are responsible for your personal items at all times. While our crew does its best to maintain a secure environment, we are not liable for unattended personal belongings — especially when passengers do not return to the vessel on time. As for the food and beverage inclusions: these were available and provided as part of the service during the active part of the tour, which you missed due to your delay. We do not offer refunds in cases where guests fail to adhere to the schedule and thus miss portions of the tour. Despite having no obligation to do so, we still offered you a return to Malta on one of our other vessels, entirely out of goodwill and courtesy — something not every company would extend under the same circumstances. Lastly, we take pride in our Maltese heritage and the thousands of positive experiences we provide each year. It is unfortunate that your personal experience did not reflect that, but to suggest that we give “Maltese people a bad name” is Iudicrous, especially when your disappointment stems from your own failure to follow instructions and respect the schedule. We strongly recommend that in future, if you are not comfortable with keeping to a group schedule, you consider private arrangements. Group tours require shared responsibility and punctuality from all guests.
My experience on a sailing ship with lunch included was nothing short of fantastic, and I highly recommend it. From the start, the atmosphere on board was welcoming and relaxed. The sailboat added a touch of elegance and adventure that a normal motorboat cannot replicate. There is nothing better than sailing on Malta's crystal clear waters to the rhythm of the wind. The real strength of this tour was the staff. Each crew member was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. They were always ready to answer questions, tell interesting anecdotes about the places we visited and make the experience enjoyable for everyone. Their passion for the sea and Malta was palpable, and made the trip even more special. Thanks again Council
Very good cruise although I expected to be under sail for some of the trip. You can improve it by making it non-smoking and improving your internet connection. When we reached Gozo the internet connection dropped out & was never restored.
Beautiful trip to wonderful places, very well organized and with a good lunch anc he plentiful. Excellent possibility of unlimited drinks. We were very lucky to arrive early and choose a great location in the shade. Otherwise, it would have been very difficult to sustain all those hours in the sun.
Mini cruise very nice at the right price, on board there were many people but space and services were not lacking. Open bar with cold beer and snacks, friendly and helpful staff.
Absolutely recommend this trip , amazing value for money. Captain and crew informative and good fun. Food good and plenty of it. Drinks when you like. Recommend you take the speed boat cave trip from blue lagoon even if to blow the cobwebs away which it certainly does. All in all a great day out and really good value
