Transfers between Southampton and London via famous attractions

There are people who provide a service, and then there are people who genuinely make a difference in your travel experience. Bela falls firmly into the second category. As relatively inexperienced international travelers coming from the United States, we had countless questions while planning our trip to England and our cruise from Southampton. Finding Bela months before our journey was one of the best things that happened to us. What began as arranging transportation quickly became so much more. Long before we ever arrived, Bela patiently answered our many questions through WhatsApp, always responding with kindness, knowledge, and reassurance. His guidance helped ease so many of the uncertainties that come with traveling abroad. When we landed at Heathrow after a long flight, Bela greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcome. When he learned we needed a few essentials, he graciously offered to stop at a market before taking us to our hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture and only the beginning of the exceptional care we would experience. The next day, he took us to Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral, sharing his knowledge and helping us make the most of our time. Before taking us to our cruise ship, he surprised us with a visit to Netley Abbey, a place we never would have discovered on our own. It turned out to be a wonderful and memorable addition to our trip. When he learned we had not arranged transportation to the cruise terminal, he kindly offered to take us himself, explaining that the hotel shuttle often has a waitlist. It was another example of how he was always thinking ahead and looking out for us. When our cruise ended, Bela was once again waiting for us at the port. Since we couldn't check into our airport hotel until later in the day, he suggested a visit to Arundel Castle, turning what could have been hours of waiting into one of the highlights of our trip. Throughout our time together, Bela went above and beyond in countless ways. He provided water, candy, a phone charger when I needed one, and even offered his umbrella when the rain began to fall. His vehicle was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, but what stood out most was not the car—it was Bela himself. By the end of our trip, he felt less like a driver and more like a trusted friend. He is knowledgeable, dependable, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. The peace of mind he gave us throughout our travels is something I will always remember. His rates were very reasonable, but the value of what he provided was immeasurable. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone visiting England. Thank you, Bela, for your kindness, generosity, and friendship. You played a much bigger part in making our trip special than you probably realize. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We needed a way to get to our hotel in London after getting off a cruise ship in Southampton. I really wanted to see Stonehenge in the process so I was delighted when I stumbled upon Bela. He had wonderful reviews so we booked him for the day. Even prior to our arrival he was an excellent communicator. Made sure we had a ride from the airport to Southampton when he wasn't available that day then followed up to make sure it all went alright. He was prompt picking us up at at the port that morning and we headed out to Salisbury Cathedral. He even had a map of the city for us and pointed out the best photos spots and a place for us to stop for breakfast called the Cornish Bakery. It was the absolute best sausage roll I've ever had. We toured the Cathedral at our leisure. Along the way he showed us wild horses in the area, which was an absolute delight. He was very knowledgeable and gave us tons of details on the history and the area along the way. He even provided us with water, books/info packs of our stops for the day, and a tin of candy to indulge. After we finished touring Windsor Castle he took us to an area where we fed swans and ducks. It was beautiful and even though it was miserably hot that day it really perked me back up seeing that. On the way to our hotel in London he pulled out a binder with watercolor paintings that were absolutely wonderful. He let us choose one for no extra charge. We purchased a 2nd because I just had to have it as a memento of our travels. If you're in need of transportation he is 100% recommended.

Bella was a fabulous driver. Although there was much chaos debarking from the ship, we were able to connect with him fairly quickly. Our drive to LHR was easy, and Bella shared a lot of information about the areas we were passing.

Bela is amazing! In addition to taking us to the airport, he drove and guided us around the sights, some of which we wouldn’t have discovered without his local knowledge. He did a great job managing my dad’s mobility challenges and generally went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

Review is long, but worth it! We used this taxi service post Disney Cruise as a transfer from the Cruise Port in Southampton to the London/Heathrow Airport. We extended our cruise vacation a day to add in some sightseeing before heading back home to the US. It was incredible from start to finish. Our driver, Bela, turned what could have been a simple taxi ride into one of the highlights of our trip, including stops at Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional communication and planning with Bela himself, starting months before our trip and continuing until our flight. He even looked up our flight status the day of to confirm there had been no changes in gates, terminals, or the flight itself. Exceptional attention to detail. I booked months in advance, and Bela stayed in touch with updates, advice, and reminders from day 1. He provided links for tickets to the attractions we would be visiting, photos of his taxi so we'd know exactly what to look for, and he scheduled communication based on our cruise itinerary. For example, being on a cruise ship without wi-fi, he researched which ports had Free Wifi, so that we could arrange a day that he would just send a message via WhatsApp to confirm the final details of our booking/pickup arrangement so we knew what to expect and so we had communication that he was all set to pick us up once we arrived back in port. I never had to wonder, he was always ahead of it. On the day of the trip, he sent a live location link so we could track his arrival. Once we were picked up, Bela shared fascinating history about the places we passed by or were going to visit and gave helpful overviews before each stop. (ie: gave advice on the best coffee shops nearby for a quick bite or shot of caffeine-esp since debarkation was early and we skipped breakfast for our full day of adventures!) He walked us through exactly what to expect, the best order to see things, where the bathrooms were, where to grab food, and how much extra time we had to explore at each place. At Stonehenge, he ran ahead to grab our wristbands to save us time and made sure we were in the right line avoiding a huge queue for general admission (it's confusing) whiched helped us get out there sooner and giving us more time to explore. He even reminded us to download an audio guide app for Stonehenge and had us check it for updates in the van before we arrived at Stonehenge so we'd be all set once we got there. We got alot more out of Stonehenge because of that audio guide and his advice. When we got back from seeing the Stones, we had skipped the Stonehenge museum and he politely suggested we had some time and to not miss going through it quickly. We were so happy we did. We had a jam packed day and we never felt rushed and always felt well informed. Even when we were trying to meet a deadline to be back to him for the next stop, he made sure we had seen the best of everything at each stop, if not, he was not about to leave us having any regrets. He made sure we saw the best of everything. His ability to maximize every moment of the day without making it feel hectic was amazing. He even surprised us with a few bonus stops along the way (I dont want to spoil any surprises but my college-aged kids had a blast), and gave us a few little souvenirs from the places we visited which just made the day even more memorable. His attention to detail is something you don't see in tour companies anymore these days. From planning around our wifi limitations, offering phone chargers in the van-which I severely needed after all the photos I took, or even having some candies in the van in case anyone needed a little sugar. He's thought of everything. He's thoughtful, the trip was seamless and stress-free. Everything you want at the end of a long vacation. Did I mention his amazing communications? I did, but it's because I want to stress his 5 star service. I'm a planner and very organized. If I'm going to use a service, I want communication from my tours and to feel comfortable when I book a service like this. Esp when I rarely use TripAdvisor. So I hope you believe me when I tell you his planning skills were Phenominal. I even recommended him to our cruise group on FB because of his communication skills and a fellow cruiser used him for taxi service from London to Southampton. Basically what we did, just on the front side of the cruise. Just FYI, he offers that too! We had booked our outgoing transfer through Disney and unfortunately sat around in the airport for quite awhile just waiting, we actually arrived hours after our port arrival time. Which made me upset because I stayed up late to get that time! I wish I would have used him the day before for a stress free transfer instead! Whether its your first time in the UK like us, or your 10th, I highly recommend Bela. He turned a routine travel day into an epic adventure. Well worth the price because he packed in our day, maximizing our time and it was unforgettable. When we return back to the UK, we will absolutely be using him again.

Bela picked my husband and I up at Heathrow airport and drove us to Southampton via Stonehenge, Wilton House and Salisbury Cathedral. His communication with us was more than I could hope for. He let us know when he was on the way and actually sent us his location so we could monitor his arrival. He is helpful, very knowledgeable and an overall friendly guy. We stayed the night in Southampton before boarding our ship the next day. He voluntarily came to the hotel and brought us to the ship, free of charge, the next day. This type of business person is hard to find! He truly enjoys what he does. After our cruise, Bela came back to the port, picked us up and brought us to our hotel in London. I’m so glad we found him!!! Highly recommend.

We had a great tour of the English countryside including New Forest, Stonehenge, Salisbury, and Windsor Castle. The vehicle was comfortable and roomy. It was a good itinerary for travel between Southhampton and London Heathrow. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Ciao Bello Southampton Taxi service and will definitely hire him the next time we visit the London Southampton area. He picked us up right on time at the Southampton Cruise Terminal and drove us to Windsor Castle. We had plenty of time to tour the castle, souvenir shop, and eat lunch in the quaint town of Windsor. He even gave us a breif walking tour through Windsor with great photo opportunities as a bonus. Bela was very knowledgeable abut the area and made the drive interesting. He helped me plan our day to ensure we wouldn't miss our flight home and dropped us off at our Heathrow terminal gate right on tme. My only regret was not using his services for the 1st part of our trip too!
