Southampton: Post-Cruise Tour to London via Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor

Combine your cruise transfer with this great day of sightseeing! When your cruise ship docks at the Port of Southampton, board the coach and visit three of England's must-see destinations – Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor. In the beautiful city of Salisbury, you’ll see the medieval Salisbury Cathedral. Then enjoy the drive to Stonehenge, where you can contemplate the various theories about this prehistoric monument, and visit the town of Windsor, home to Windsor Castle. The coach will then take you to Heathrow Airport, selected Heathrow Airport hotels, and selected London hotels. This service is available on all dates when Royal Caribbean, Oceania, NCL, Celebrity, Princess & Disney cruise ships are visiting Southampton. The service is also available to passengers on other ships if your arrival dates and arrival times coincide with ships listed. Please note you will need to make your own way to the ship we are servicing on that date.

After travelling through the stunning countryside and villages of Wiltshire, we arrive for a short photo stop in the charming town of Salisbury. We walk through the Medieval St Ann's Gate and the cathedral close, seeing an impressive collection of historic buildings, and then take time to admire its impressive tower and spire - at 404 feet the tallest in the country - constructed in a short space of time from 1220 to 1258. We then enter the cloisters, built from 1261, and the largest in the country, to complete our walk. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to enter Salisbury Cathedral on this tour.
On the way to our second stop if the day, Stonehenge, your guide will tell you of he many myths, legends and facts behind one of the greatest mysteries of the prehistoric world. Was it a temple, a clock, a burial site? Decide for yourself as you walk around the stones. You'll have the chance to visit this world famous monument from 4-5,000 years ago and still have enough time for the gift shop or a quick coffee. You'll also have the chance to explore the new visitor centre and neolithic village.
Almost 1,000 years of royal history are waiting for you at Windsor Castle, perched high above the River Thames and the largest continuously occupied castle in the world. Home to British Monarchs for one thousand years and the official residence of King Charles III, the Castle remains a working palace to this day. See the splendour of St. George’s chapel and the sumptuous state apartments. The guide will not enter Windsor Castle with you - you will receive a personal audio guide on admission so you can take in Windsor Castle at your own pace.

- Windsor Castle is closed on most Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and it can also be subject to last minute closures. On these days, we will provide a tour of the town of Windsor.
- Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each).
- If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship.
- Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact the operator in advance and provide full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold. Wheelchairs must be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.
- Entry to Windsor Castle is included on the following Tuesdays: July 29th, August 19th, September 9th and September 16th.

Ali did a great job and Henry was a great driver. It was a great way to end the cruise. Stonehenge was a bucket list and it did not disappoint. Salsibury was beautiful and Windsor Castle is amazing! Must do to get back to London from Southampton.
Our guide, Salvatore, and our driver, Henri, were fantastic and brought a lot of humor to our experience. The price was very good especially considering the cost of just the entrance fees to the venues! Due to a large number of visitors at the places we visited, extra time would have been nice, but I also respect that a timetable was adhered to especially for those catching a flight in the evening! Overall a great experience!
It was an excellent tour. We had lots of time before checking in to our hotel in London and this was a great way to spend it. Our guide, Nigel, gave us free time to explore each stop, or we could stay with him and he had very interesting information about each place. The driver, Paul, was careful and very friendly and navigated us around safely.
Great tour, highly recommend as a way to get from ship to airport. Pickup was so smooth, met us right outside as we exited. Our guide Salvadore was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, our driver was great as well and dropped us right in front of our airport hotel. Would have liked maybe 30-45 minutes more at Windsor, it was the last stop and was very busy so we didn’t get to see everything, the time at Stonehenge and Salisbury was perfect.
We used them for pre and post cruise. Picked up from LHR to hotel. Then day tour of London, and on to Southampton the next day. Picked up post cruise from Southampton with tour of Windsor, Salisbury, and Stonehenge. At every point, very professional. Drivers were dressed with shirt/tie. Luxury clean vehicles. They were on time and courteous. Small group (either private or no more than 20 patrons on the bus). We appreciated the coordination of tours, hotel stay, and transportation that International Friends provided. We didn’t have to contact multiple providers - they did all the work. Tour guide for Windsor, Stonehenge, Salisbury provided insight into what we were seeing. They also allowed time to explore on our own. Overall, great experience. Admission to venues included in the price. Great for couples, families.
Had pre and post cruise transfers/tours with them for Norway Cruise out of Southampton. LHR arrival right on time and taken to downtown hotel (private). The next day was Welcome to London Tour - outstanding! Again, right on time and hit all the highlights of the city (<20 people). Transport to/from Southampton right on time (private). Post cruise tour of Stonehenge, Salisbury & Windsor wonderful (< 20 people). Back to hotel, then to LHR the next morning (private). All folks professional and on time. Very nice, clean, luxury vehicles. Small groups on tours. Great experience for transportation, tours, hotel.

Long tour but we saw what we wanted to see. Recommend using buses at Stonehenge. Great guide (Salvador Ali) and driver Henri.
This was great! Very convenient way to get off the cruise ship, have help with our bag transportation to the airport, and have a final awesome sightseeing tour.
