They keep time very well. I only waited for 20 mins for the next bus to arrive.
The staff is very kind, and you have the opportunity to take a bus at a different time with the same ticket, which is a wonderful thing.
The overall experience was nice however it would have been excellent if the personal at the terminal were friendly and helpful. Their response to any question or issue was to call vendor.

The service provided by Terravision was a godsend, especially after the train between Roma Termini and the airport was inoperable on the day we were scheduled to leave. The bus was clean and well air-conditioned. The driver was competent and drove safely. We arrived after a 1:06 hour trip. Terrible experience. The driver confirmed the bus would stop at Fiumicino central station, but instead dropped us far away with no explanation. We had to walk in extreme heat with heavy luggage. The driving felt unsafe, and the driver didn’t care at all. Very disappointing service. 1 star
It's awfully hot on the bus. There is no air conditioning, only warm air comes in and outside it is 35 degrees. A lot of people feel bad. I would never do this again
