Easy

Bus was easy to get to and the best thing knowing your luggage is on the bus without having to lug it to a train and worry.

Take a taxi

I travelled with a family of 6 (6x8=42€). The pickup location (airport) was great. The drop off location (Rome City Center) was very sketchy. We did not feel comfortable at all. Taxi prices are capped coming from the airport at $55-$85 to get to Rome depending on group size. If you can afford it, I would go that direction.

Excellent service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The app is very easy to use (you can change the pick up hour without any charge), the ticket prices are affordable, and the pick-up and drop-off points are conveniently located and easy to find, especially from and to airport. Everything was well organized, the buses departed on time. I would definitely use Terravision again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable airport transfer service.

my flight got canceled...

my flight got canceled so I didn’t arrive until the next day. So they said my tickets is invalid and I had to repurchase for a higher prices. Though, I emailed them and told them I would not make it. I had no response. Very disappointing.

Driver on the phone.

We did not know that using the phone while driving was allowed in Italy. The driver had headphones and did not stop sharing his life story - everyone on the bus was able to enjoy his conversation. Total lack of respect.

Stress free

It was wonderful, stress free. We took the bus back to the airport as well. It was a little crazy not knowing where to catch the bus.

Not the best, but got me where I needed

This service was reliable (on-time) and cost-friendly. However, as previous customers mentioned, the staff lacked customer service, any level of enthusiasm for their jobs, and seemed like they were going through the motions even just at mid-day. Would explore other companies that offer same service in the future. Also, the two drop-off location options weren't communicated super clearly - near Vatican vs Rome Termini. As such, I didnt have much time to research which was closer to my hotel. Thankfully got off at Vatican last-minute, and the driver was extremely annoyed that I needed to grab my luggage - honestly think he would have driven away without me gathering it if I hadn't apologized and begged. Likely won't use yhis company again unless absolutely needed.

Never with Terravisión (at least in Fiumicino)

They left us stranded in Fiumicino at 12:30 at night (from July 1 to July 2, 2026; in case it reaches the "very kind" driver) with 3 children, even having made the reservation at the same time as the flight and with the company itself. The bus was in its place and the driver just kept repeating: "it's full," "don't you understand anything?" (overbooking?). The reality was not that, there were free seats. No solution, nobody answered the phone and the bus was still there... NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. If you are reading this, look for any other option. Never Terravisión! Oh... and for Wizzair, you are in trouble with this transport service... in the long run it will lower your quality.

It is cooler in hell

We took a bus from the airport to Termini, 32° outside and 50 inside the bus, the heat was unbearable and there was no solution, and from what I've seen, according to the comments I've read. It's not going to be the only bus. If you don't have the fleet in good condition, don't put it into service for customers.

Made me buy tickets twice!

I got to the terminal and they said my tickets were for yesterday, but it clearly says today on my app. I had to buy tickets again. This is BS. Now I paid twice for one bus ride. Will not use Viator for this again.
