Reliable, prompt, brilliant
Rene was on hand to pick me and my family up from the airport. He provided a number of useful suggestions, helped us check in (as we spoke no Spanish at all). He even helped out to pick up tickets for our train and Machu Pichu visit. Brilliant guy!
