Pickup Locations & Times
Free Pickup: We provide morning pickup from centrally located Cusco hotels and Airbnbs. If your lodging is in a narrow street or a pedestrian-only zone with no car access, we will arrange a convenient meeting point just a short walk away. Airport Arrival Option: If you prefer an airport pickup, your flight must land in Cusco no later than 6:40 AM on Day 1. Drop-off is provided back to central Cusco. We aim to drop you off as close to your original pickup point as possible; however, due to strict city traffic restrictions and narrow historic streets, our vehicles will drop passengers off at a safe, central location near the main square (Plaza Regocijo or Plaza de Armas) if direct hotel access is blocked.

We had the best experience on this 2 day journey. Machu Picchu has been on my bucket-list to visit for some time and it far exceeded all of my expectations. Luis Hermoza, our guide, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and provided great information all along the journey. Truly, he is one of a kind when it comes to finding a great guide...highly recommend him!!
The trip was really terrific - transportation and tours were very well organized. Our guide, Luis, was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very fun to learn from. Overall I could t imagine a better experience in any way.
A MUST DO. Our family of 5 had an amazing experience on this two day excursion. Our guide Luis A. made us feel like his family, he made sure we knew what to expect and what to focus on. He made this experience unforgettable! As a mom of 3 it was so nice to have someone planning every detail for a change. He and his driver Deosinides (not sure that is spelled correctly) were a perfect team.
Excellent choice of tour. You get to see circuit 2 of Machu Picchu. Guide Fabrisio was very kind and knowledgeable. Very highly recommend it.
The destinations included in this tour were excellent, and we enjoyed visiting the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. The itinerary itself has great potential. Unfortunately, the planning and logistics were far below our expectations. Despite booking almost a year in advance, our family of four was not seated together on the train to Aguas Calientes. This was extremely disappointing and should not happen for a family booking made so far in advance. The biggest issue, however, was the schedule after visiting Machu Picchu. We had approximately six hours before our train back, with no activities, guidance, or suggestions. Spending six hours waiting in Aguas Calientes after an already early and long day was simply not a good use of our time and made the tour feel poorly planned. Overall, the places we visited were wonderful, but the organisation and logistics significantly reduced our enjoyment of the experience. With better planning, especially regarding train seating and the long wait after Machu Picchu, this could have been an excellent tour.

We are genuinely sorry that our team on the ground could not rearrange your seats on this specific day. • Train Schedules & Wait Times: The timing of the return journey depends entirely on the specific train class selected and the strict schedule availability dictated by the railway providers. Because train times are highly regulated to manage tourist flow, it sometimes creates a wider gap between the citadel tour and the departure time. We deeply regret that we did not provide you with better guidance or recommendations on how to enjoy those hours in Aguas Calientes, which features lovely local markets, hot springs, and restaurants. Please rest assured that your experience does not reflect our standard service. We just finished our 2day Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour with Machupicchu Latin America, and it was the perfect experience for our family. Thanks to Fredi for coordinating everything via WhatsApp. Our early pickup at the Novotel Cusco to the beautiful Vistadome train ride and our relaxing stay at Casa del Sol. Day 1, Fabrizio was our guide for the Sacred Valley. He was absolutely fantastic and did a great job explaining the history and engineering behind the massive terraces at Pisac and Ollantaytambo. Day 2, we had Eder as our guide at Machu Picchu, and he was phenomenal. His deep knowledge and passion for Incan history truly brought the citadel to life and made the early morning wake up completely worth it. Having every single detail handled made this a totally stress free adventure. I highly recommend booking in this company, and you will be in great hands if you get Fabrizio and Eder as your guides!

This tour was the highlight of our wonderful vacation in Peru. We have the highest praise for our guide Gary and our driver Roman. Gary is very knowledgeable and both of them are good company. Freddie was great with coordination- always on and responsive. Wish the Circuit 2 ticket was granted at the time of booking, but other than that, everything worked out perfectly fine.

We are a group of 4. We booked the trip 3 months before the trip, and they immidiately got the tickets for us, they reached out to us regarding the available route, and we wanted a circuit 2 ticket but unfortunately was sold out that day, and told us the earliest available day which is a few days apart than our intended day, so we made arrangement and we got the tickets!!! Before the day of pick up they sent instructions for the trip. We were picked up on time on our hotel on a private car. Our guide gary was very knowledgeable and guide us every step of our way. He even walk with us to the train and to the hotel. The hotel on aguas calliente has a very good location. It is near the station and the shops. Good river view and good breakfast selection. The machu picchu trip was amazing as always, but our guide gary is very knowledgeable and also knows where the good photo spots are and also offered to take our pictures. He was very helpful. And if we ever need something their customer service is just 1 message away. They respond easily. Like for example when we got out of the train we couldnt find the driver and they coordinated with him. All in all very good customer service and very good guide! Would recommend to my friends.
