WET MARKET TOUR: Our guided tour of Saigon’s most iconic market, Cho Ben Thanh, offers insight into how we procure meats and vegetables on a daily basis. Each visitors is given the opportunity to experience first hand the vibrant bustling wet markets that continue to be a part of Vietnamese people’s daily lives. Come journey with us through the culinary traditions of Vietnam! Join us in our facilities where our chefs will lead you through a fully interactive four course meal. Each guest is assigned a private cook-station and provided the necessary ingredients to perfect a meticulously curated menu of classic Vietnamese dishes. Add new recipes and techniques to your culinary repertoire, all while experiencing firsthand the culture and heritage behind Vietnamese cooking.

The experience was amazing. I went at 2pm on June 6, 2024, and the cook was so so professional, nice and most of all amazing cook. We started with the tour of the market which was very informative then we went for cooking class. We had drinks ( a special rice wine, water and jasmine tea). In all previous cooking classes we went to, the food was ok but not the best. Here the food we made was again amazing and so so tasty. We got a recipe book at the end and I am ready to make it at home. Honestly, it is a must in Vietnam. Also the facilities are very nicely decorated and our cook made sure we were comfortable, air conditioning etc. Again the food and experience was WOW!!!
