I booked the tour the day before. There was availability and i was able to book the tour. Given the short turnaround time messaged the tour company to confirm my 4am pick up. I never got a response. I messaged them again in the morning (at 4am) and never got a response and the tour guide never arrived. I had to request a refund from Viator. May be a good tour, they just never communicated with me and did not arrive to pick me up. Wasted a day of my vacation plans.
