Our driver was a courteous, punctual young man whom we found very helpful and attentive. On reflection, I realized how much information he shared, even though it was not the usual sort of rehearsed speeches. It felt like being escorted by a friend. I also realized at the end of the tour that we had seen nothing of the thermal springs or spas in Baden Baden, kind of a significant omission. But overall, a very pleasant day!
Our guide, Yasir, was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was on time to pick us up and drove very safely. We had a great day and had plenty of free time to explore. Would highly recommend this tour.
This was a lovely day and a beautiful tour. We loved every stop and the provided information enhanced the day.
The driver was very courteous and friendly. Spoke English very well. Would answer anything we asked. My issue is that we paid $1200 USD for a driver for the day. There was no "tour". We were dropped off in Little France where we were pointed to the old town and left on our own. No "tour" included. We drove to the black forest. Stopped at one lookout for pictures. Stopped at the top for coo-coo clock shopping, then left. No "tour", information, or walking in the forest to see anything (lake or waterfall ). We saw views from the car and trees as we drove by. Baden-Baden was the same, no "tour", only drop off and note that it was a high end area. So disappointed in this loss of money and lack of traditional tour information. Not recommended for anyone who wants a "tour" of these areas.
Nice tour guy, car and beautiful view. This is the second time I joined tour to Black Forest. Due to the weather, so we didn’t get there. I will going to Black Forest next year.
the driver arrived on time and communicated schedule throughout the day well. our day was rainy and cold so not the greatest experience, but tour guide made the most of the situation.
I recently took the Tour to Baden-Baden, Black Forest Mummelsee, and Strasbourg from Frankfurt, and it was an amazing experience! 🇫🇷 The places were absolutely beautiful — from the peaceful lake at Mummelsee to the charming streets of Strasbourg. Our driver Moaz made the trip even better — he was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. He even provided us with water during the journey, which was a very thoughtful touch. 💧 I truly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Frankfurt!
Our recent tour in Germany was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We were picked up right on time from a Frankfurt airport hotel and the car was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The drive to La Petite France was smooth and relaxing, allowing us to take in the beautiful scenery along the way. Visiting Lake Mummelsee and Baden-Baden was truly unforgettable, with some time to explore and enjoy each destination at our own pace. We especially appreciated how safe and cared for we felt throughout the trip. Our driver, Moaz, was attentive, professional, and made sure everything went perfectly. Although he didn’t give explanations during the drive, we actually loved having that quiet family time to enjoy the ride. Overall, it was a delightful and stress-free experience that we would happily recommend to anyone visiting Germany.
The experience was unsafe, misrepresented, and resulted in a lost day of our Germany trip. 1. Misrepresentation of Services • Our “guide” was only a driver and had never visited Baden-Baden, leaving us with no meaningful information. • The planned casino visit was unavailable because the tour was already full, contradicting assurances that the casino is open 24 hours. • In the Black Forest, no lunch stop was recommended or arranged. We were left to search online for dining options and only found food after 2 p.m. During lunch, the driver texted that we must “hurry” to accommodate his next job. 2. Failure to Monitor Known Safety Risks • In France, we were unable to reach our destination, Strasbourg, due to scheduled protests involving tear gas. Such events are typically publicized in advance, and the tour should have adjusted the itinerary accordingly. When I asked about alternatives, the driver’s only suggestion was to “go home.” 3. Reckless and Dangerous Driving • On the return trip, after a delay caused by an unrelated accident, the driver repeatedly drove at 180 km/h (approximately 108 mph) to make his next appointment. This created a serious safety hazard and left us feeling endangered.
