The tour guide was the best and he made the trip woth while. The best time to take the tour is at 5:00 pm.
I did the sunset cruise solo and had a blast! The crew was awesome and extremely attentive. I may have been the only English speaker/american as well but they made sure that I didn’t feel excluded in anyway! I truly enjoyed myself and will definitely book it again! Maybe even tonight. 😋

I forgot my hat, guide said they found it and gave it to someone else, another tourist. She was so intimidated and aggressive that I was too scared to go and ask in person staff on the boat
The canceled the tour via WhatsApp two hours before we were supposed to go. I asked about a refund and no reply. I reached out to Viator and I pretty have to wait three days for the company to reply!!! Be careful booking tours!!
The sunset view was epic the price was definitely worth the money and not to mention the vibe music and drinks I would recommend to bring your own beer or drinks of preference cause the local vender always try and boost the price of the drinks on the street. The serve you drink for free on the ride but if you don’t like rum or the local drink bring your own
The boat is nothing like the images they use to promote the activity. I would change the “open bar” for something different. They offer one drink and only rum and coke or orange. The host was friendly and make people to participate and have a good time.

Please advertise what this experience actually is. The photos absolutely do not match actual experience. There is nothing wrong with conducting a tour on a small boat full of 30 people, loud music, and with a cooler full of Coca Cola, cheap rum, and agua ardiente. But when you advertise the current photos used for this tour and also include “open bar” in the description you are not being honest about what this tour actually is. Provide honest advertisement and be upfront that this is a cheap tour option of the bahía. Also, it would make a huge difference if you encouraged passengers to not urinate over the side of the boat next to other passengers. Thank you.
