I did the Triana and Barrio de Santa Cruz tours with Claudio, the Spanish guide from Intursafe in Seville. He is a native Spanish speaker but also speaks English very well. Very good!
Gave to know tourist sights of the city
The city of Seville was amazing. We booked the bus tour, walking tours and boat tour. We checked in at the designated site with our Viator voucher. We received 6 additional QR codes on a single print out. My wife and I boarded the bus with no issues. The Hop on Hop off tour was typical as other cities. Buses were timed well, clean and the audio commentary was very good. However, with the exception of stop one, the other stops are NOT marked with any signs or company logos as in other cities. I was difficult locating the designated stops as there are often multiple bus zones that are shared with public buses. Be sure to place a marker on your phone mapping app. Walking tours, the brochure designated two spots and timings. The meeting points locations were very broad in the description. We could not locate the tours. We observed many other walking tours but not ours. We paid for these tours but did not use them. Next time we will not book with Viator. We will book on site. Boat tour was very good and offers a great perspective from the water. The tours run every hour and last about one hour. We had a very frustrating issue with our tickets issued by this operator earlier in the day. The QR codes we were given for the boat tour were NOT valid. We had to go back to the operator that issued the codes. They advised in poor English that they ARE valid. Returning back to the boat staff, they scanned them again, NOT Valid. The staff then referred us to their company ticket office. They issued new QR codes. We then returned to the boat staff, tickets were VALID! However, the boat was now full. We had to wait for the next tour. Highly recommend not booking in advance with Viator. Just show up and book directly with the operator. We have never had a problem with Viator in many other cities. It just did not work with this operator.
A good way to familiarise yourself with this lovely city. Enjoyed the bud, the boat and one of the walking tours (Triana )
Very good bus route, Informative, Professional service
Very good tour on foot in the city center of Seville, Belen is great, very good guide that explains history as well as legends, I recommend it for sure! Grazie Belen, bravissima!
As I am a hotelier and value it very much I would say to BELEN that very good service and attention.a charm and very well explained everything .thanks very much.
The walking tour of Triana with Bethlehem and Sergio was highly recommended, they make you participate and are very much watching everyone, you could see the knowledge about everything that counted and Bethlehem lives it intensely, Sergio very nice
If you have only one day in Sevilla, do this. The walking tour was meh, but the value for all three activities together was solid.
Very bad times forced change inaccessible parts of the route a guide that would be more understandable written in braille
