Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave a rating and for your four stars — we sincerely appreciate it. However, we would like to bring something important to your attention. Our tour is exclusively offered in English and German. The text accompanying your review appears to have been written in Spanish, which raises a genuine question for us regarding whether you are a verified traveller who actually experienced this tour. TripAdvisor's platform, as you may be aware, permits anyone to submit a review regardless of whether they have made a booking or taken the tour — a policy we respect but cannot control. A meaningful review serves two important purposes: it allows us as a service provider to understand your experience and improve, and it helps future travellers make informed decisions. Without clear, relevant written feedback, neither of these purposes is fulfilled — regardless of the star rating given. If you are indeed a genuine traveller who experienced our audio tour, we warmly invite you to share your thoughts in English or German so we can properly understand your feedback. And if you have any questions or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly through the platform's messaging system — we are always happy to help.

Have to download a whole media player, go through all the sign in process. Download errors not clear what you have to do. Very frustrated before even getting to your information. Map not really useful. Narrative at sights not well presented.

Operator response

We respectfully address the concerns raised in this review, which appear to stem from a fundamental misunderstanding of our clearly described self-guided audio tour system. Our tour description explicitly states that customers receive secure web links via email—no media player downloads are required whatsoever. Simply clicking our SoundCloud web link provides immediate access to all audio content through any standard web browser, while our Google My Maps link offers comprehensive interactive navigation. These straightforward access methods are clearly outlined in our booking confirmation and tour instructions. The review's claims about "download errors" and "sign-in processes" suggest the reviewer either didn't read our provided instructions or attempted to use unauthorized third-party applications instead of following our simple two-link system. Our interactive map directly corresponds to each tour stop with clickable audio access, providing exactly the functionality described in our comprehensive tour details. The narrative quality mentioned represents carefully researched historical content developed by local experts and has consistently received positive feedback from customers who actually follow the provided instructions. This review must be removed since all the details mentioned are not related to our actual product descriptions. The reviewer is writing based on their personal wishes and imagination rather than factual experience with our service. These unsubstantiated claims are purposefully crafted as a negative review without demonstrating any common sense, travel experience, or tourism-related background knowledge. Such fabricated content is not helpful to future travelers and appears designed solely to mislead potential customers about our professionally developed audio tour system. This review demonstrates the importance of reading product descriptions before booking and following provided guidelines rather than making assumptions. The frustrations expressed appear to result from the reviewer's failure to utilize the system as designed, rather than any deficiency in our professionally developed audio experience. Genuine customers who follow our clear instructions consistently enjoy smooth access to our premium Toulouse audio tour content. We encourage future travelers to carefully review tour descriptions and contact us with questions before booking to ensure our self-guided audio experience matches their preferences and technical comfort level. Ethical Standards Warning: We encourage honest feedback, but require it to be factual, ethical, and based on legitimate experiences rather than personal assumptions or attempts to discredit our professional services. Future travelers should be aware that some reviews may be written with ulterior motives rather than genuine customer experiences. We maintain strict standards for ethical business practices and will take appropriate action to protect our reputation and honest customers.
