The guide came late. She had no knowledge of the history if the city. We had to cancel the tour in 10 minutes.
This was our first time in Toulouse and doing an early morning walking tour gave us so much of a better understanding of the city’s history and architecture than we would have got from just walking around on our own. Cécile brought the history to life and was a wonderful tour guide.
I didn't know that the meeting place had been changed (I had received an email) and I couldn't see him after the time had passed because I had been waiting for hours at the place indicated by the TripAdvisor app. We managed to meet each other after exchanging inquiries. Then he walked for a little more than two hours, tailored to the old man, and he gave me a polite explanation, supporting a translation app. At the end, they also told us about a restaurant where they could eat local food and a souvenir shop using violets. Thank you very much.
Guide did not show. We texted and then called twice. Please return our money.
My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed the informative tour given by Jean-Louis. We would have never noticed or found many of the hidden gems of the beautiful city of Toulouse. Having taken many walking tours, I have to say this was one of the best. It helps to have a native of the region who is knowledgeable and can tell a good story. Highly recommend.
Jean Louis was an excellent guide.
We really enjoyed our walking tour it was a really good way to get a feel for the city. Shima our guide was brilliant went out of her way to show us all the places of interest in Toulouse even changing the route so we could go to the Sunday market. Would highly recommend
I booked a visit to go with my daughter for what I thought was Saturday in eight days, but I actually booked for the next day. Just after realizing my mistake, I contacted them to reschedule, but they refused to listen, claiming it was not their policy and that cancellations had to be made 24 hours in advance.... The worst part is that they only had one group for the day of the reservation and not at the time I had requested. In short, I would advise against it if you want a bit of kindness and honesty.
Our tour guide Jean-Louis was very knowledgable. He gave us a great overview of the city and we saw lots of interesting sites. Highly recommend this tour .
Our guide shared valuable details about the history, architecture, culture and anecdotes about the neighborhoods and landmarks of Toulouse. He provided detailed descriptions that we appreciated 100%!
