So we never made it to this event on the 27 th because of an unexpected snowstorm that hit NY. But I gave Viator 5 stars because of the way they treated my cancellation! I had a party of 9 people and they gave me a full refund, no hassles, no partial refund… a FULL REFUND! This company is excellent in my opinion.
The time was initially posted when I booked it for 7pm start, then one week prior it was changed to 9pm start for the dinner. The restaurant was nice, food was good, they ran out of some of the desserts and 3/6 comedians were awful, 2 were ok and the last one was good. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend!
