Inspired by the big cities, Bustour offers a circular panoramic tourist transport service in Gramado and Canela, with a hop-on hop-off system in two-story buses. The ticket allows unlimited boarding and landing from Thursday to Tuesday from 9:00 to 5:30 p.m. in more than 25 stops and 40 attractions. The Bustour is pet friendly, affordable, has monitoring, audio-guide and a Club of Advantages. During cold or rainy days, the vehicle cover is closed. Transportation to and from the hotels is not included, but there are stops near many of them

There's no organization, I had to change buses twice. The buses are already coming crowded. We have to wait for one next. The bus broke in the middle of the way and delayed my ride
The Bustour is pretty legal. I didn't like the shift between the red and yellow line x attractions on the Caracol road. I thought it took longer today and damaged the circuit.

We made the transfer from Porto Alegre airport to the Hotel Alpestre and we had a great experience. The bus was very comfortable, clean and well organized, providing a quiet ride. The guide was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful throughout the journey, making the journey even more enjoyable. Punctuality, comfort and quality service. I definitely recommend to those who visit the area!
We arrived at the bus stop at Skyglass Park but the staff informed that the last bus left at 16:50 and the driver informed that it would be the last due to being a holiday. But no BusTour employee warned that they would stop earlier. Lack of respect for the tourist!!! We're upset, we're 8 ladies. We demand repair and satisfaction!!!

Great, unforgettable We will definitely come back again
The experience was great! The lines pass through all the major points of interest of Gramado and Canela, and there is still a line for wineries — which is excellent, as access by app is not always easy. The buses have great frequency, which makes planning the day much easier. I loved the experience! I chose the 3-day ticket and I managed to use it very well. Super recommend!
The route goes through the main attractions of Gramado and Canela. It is important to have an overview of the area before visits. Afterwards, you can select points of interest and purchase the entrance tickets. In the region, there are attractions of little relevance, but there are others that are worth it like the Black Lake and the Bondinhos.
