Unforgettable experience. It’s a ride for all ages, and Gramado’s receptive care with each passenger made a difference. The guide Carlão was super attentive, friendly and explained the history of the south like no one else! It went far beyond his service, devoting himself to each one with a lot of love and attention.

Good experience but time-consuming, which makes it a little tired
I hired the service with a promised schedule, including winemaking, knitting and cheesecake. The winery was extremely graceless, because the person did not explain anything that was interesting about the making of wine. It was a super quick passage through the pipes and they sent us to the store (to buy). The girl couldn't even solve my doubts about decantation. Clothes and cheesecake did not have on the tour, and we do not know why we did not go. Instead, we went to a bad place called ASPEN, which according to the guide, was a center for consuming leather and pink mosquito. We spent hours on the bus to get to a bad place, with no structure. Besides, the lunch has nothing traditional. Super weak and graceless. Dried meat, spicy pasta, bad dessert. I didn't even have other clients than the group. The only thing that was worth it was Maria Fumaça, because it is possible to see a dedicated work for delivery to the customer. Other than that, you get paid a very high price for a ride that you spend the whole day riding the bus and going to the shops they want you to buy.
