We made the visit for the second time and the vineyard grew a lot! The tasting is quite nice and worth a visit.
We did the complete tour with the grape pisa which was a very good experience. The whole tour is very worth it, and the policy of the winemaker not selling to crossers brings an even greater charm to acquire the products that are very good, say passing. I highly indicate the visitation.
An incredible experience, the guide 'baiucho' (baiano with gaúcho, as he himself says) was from someone who likes what he does and it is impossible to leave without taking anything.
It's worth every cent spent on this visit. Great wines
Sensational Guia Márcio gave a class!
We loved the visit, the place is incredibly beautiful. The guide Márcio was very attentive, we learned about the production of wine and the history of the vineyard. Before I went I was a little scared by some negative comments I saw, saying that the visit had only a commercial purpose, but what we experienced was very different. They present, yes, the products of the house, but at no time were we embarrassed to buy, quite the opposite. We bought pq we liked too much the wine, it really is different. The tasting was great too, we tried about 5 wines, if I am not mistaken. I wish I could take one of every kkkkkkk. Congratulations to Jolimont for the tour and the incredible experience!!
Frustration. Tour purely for commercial purposes. All the time trying to sell you wine.
I have visited many wineries, inside and outside of Brazil, and by far this was my worst experience. The tour is not about the wines or their production processes is about selling the wines. Vc pays the ticket (which for what they offer is expensive) to participate in a commercial action of the vineyard. During the whole visit the focus is on getting you to buy the wines and not falling in love with the wines. Buying the wine should be the result of an amazing and charming experience but at Jolimont that doesn’t happen, they don’t try to delight you, they just try to sell you wines. The tasting is rushed, without adequate explanation about the wines being served, and the amount offered is very small, even for a tasting. The wines are good, but we did not want to buy so much that they tried to sell us. The vineyard has a view with a beautiful view, which was the highlight of the visit. Definitely not worth it.
Support via WhatsApp ok without problems. I got the prime. I got the discount. I didn't like the kind of target audience, fresh audience. I didn't feel well. It took a long time to make the visit because it's a long weekend, until I understand. The employee explained super well the operation of the vineyard the wines are exceptional. Place itself wonderful. But lost that essence of family winemaking "root". She became very marketer, focusing on pseudonymous audiences. For those who want to know a root winemaker, I recommend looking for another less pop. A thing that reminds the artisanal and family production.
My experience at Jolimont has left to be desired in some important points, especially as regards the Customer Experience. The visit was extremely fast, they were in a hurry for the next group. In addition, the guide practically does not open up room for doubts — the driving is cluttered and uninteractive, which is needed in an environment that could be so rich in learning. Another point that impacts negatively is the excessive focus on SELLS throughout the visit. Rather than providing an engaging, sensory and memorable experience, the approach becomes commercial from beginning to end, taking away the charm of the moment. I believe the winemaker could invest more in understanding the customer experience as a whole. More than selling products, it’s crucial to connect, tell stories, and charm — selling should be a natural consequence of a good experience, not the main focus. With some adjustments, the potential of the site can be much better exploited.
