We had a great time. Monica was super friendly and knowledgeable on all of the wildlife and plants. She was able to spot a lot of hard to see wildlife and our kids had a great time.
Danny, our guide, was fantastic. Very patient and quite knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. He was able to spot quite a lot of wildlife for our viewing.
I enjoyed this tour. Danny was our guide, very chill and laid back personality with sarcastic jokes, also very attentive to the group. I had some anxiety going over our first hanging bridge and he took the time to check in with me and see how I was doing. I appreciated that very much. He had a scope with him as well to get zoomed in photos on some animals and insects, he also took photos for us on our phones to have. It was a mild hike, no steps really but more steep points going up and down. I was sore from a more strenuous hike the day before, but was able to do it. There was some traffic before the first bridge but it's because we all wanted to get photos and also there's only 15 ppl allowed on the bridge at a time for safety. I'd recommend this tour to a friend.
My friends and I could not have been more impressed with our experience on the hanging bridge tour. Our tour guide Marlin had some eagle eyes and spotted so much wildlife that we never would’ve seen on the self-guided tour. Marlin has close to 30 years in the field and is an experienced guide and knowledgeable of all thing Costa Rica. I highly recommend going on the tour, pay a little extra and you’ll see a lot more. We saw all kinds of creatures like poison dart and glass eyed frogs, eyelash viper, tarantulas, bee hive, bullet ants, tiger ants and a basalisk lizard. We also saw a cute fuzzy things like a sloth, spider monkeys, and coatis. Both the monkeys and coatis had babies! Very exciting! Lastly we saw a broad billed mot mot and toucan. We learned so much about the plant life. Oh ya there were bridges! It was a very cool experience being way up high in the tree tops and seeing the spider monkeys from the bridges going from Branch to Branch. You could see so much of the jungle and it was just a great view of the water flowing blue in some of the areas. The bridges did rock a little bit, but I felt really comfortable going across each one. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who is looking to experience the wildlife and Plant life of Costa Rica and experience the view from the top of the trees on the hanging bridges. A tour I would have to say was my favorite of everything I experienced in Costa Rica.
We saw all kinds of wildlife in a beautiful natural setting.
We had an incredible experience on the Hanging Bridges tour and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the La Fortuna area. The rainforest was absolutely beautiful, and walking through the canopy on the bridges provided stunning views and a unique perspective of the jungle. What truly made this tour exceptional was our guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the wildlife and ecosystem. His ability to spot animals that we would have completely missed was amazing. During our tour, we saw a tarantula, spider monkeys, a glass frog, an eyelash green viper, a toucan, and even a sloth on our way to the rainforest. Each sighting came with interesting facts and explanations that made the experience educational as well as exciting. This tour exceeded our expectations and gave us memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re looking for an unforgettable rainforest adventure, this is the tour to book! Ask for Marlon
Very knowledgeable guide Daniel. Great experience.
Our guide, Dani, was very attentive and was always explaining everything very well so that we did not miss a detail. He has an environmental awareness and for him it is not worth everything to have customers. I recommend 100%.
We were picked up by Monica and Alejandro (driver) and transported to the Mistico Park. Monica was our amazing guide - she was informative and incredibly able to spot the wildlife that we would not have otherwise seen, including a sloth and an anteater! The actual bridges were lots of fun and a great way to see the scenery. I would warn that certain parts require a bit of uphill walking but nothing too strenuous - and it's worth it!
So much to see and namely it was just beautiful we saw all the species we were looking for
