Bad Experience - Support Almost Non-Existent

The app kept unlinking my pass meaning I could not use it more than half the time I was in London. Support is almost non existent. London Eye and Westminster Abbey will not accept a screenshot of your QR code either. I was turned away at both. Finally got through to customer services when I had got home after my holiday and they have given me a free 1 day pass. I live over 200 miles away from London and visit less than once a year… I spent £180 and feel thoroughly ripped off. Thanks Go City…

Brilliant value. Saw London's best in 4 days

Used the London Pass for a 4-day family trip and it was fantastic. We managed to visit the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, Kensington Palace, and still had time for the Hop-On Hop-Off bus to get around. Compared to buying tickets separately, we easily saved over £100 for the two of us. The Go City app made planning straightforward and helped us avoid wasting time on travel. The digital pass worked seamlessly at entry point.

Operator response

Thanks for your review! We're so glad you had a great experience with Go City and enjoyed the exhibits. We're sorry the hop-on hop-off service didn't meet your expectations. As London is a very busy city, we encourage customers to combine the hop-on hop-off service with public transport to make the most of their time. For an even smoother experience, we also recommend using the Big Bus Tours app to track buses in real time, check live arrival times, and receive service updates. We appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with our partner for review.

Helped Us Make the Most of Our Time

My wife and I bought the London Pass for a few days in London and, looking back, I’m really glad we did. I wasn’t completely convinced before the trip as I wasn’t sure we’d actually get our money’s worth, but we ended up using it loads. It gave us a bit of freedom to just wander and decide what to visit without thinking about ticket prices every time. Some places we probably wouldn’t have bothered with ended up being real highlights. It also made the whole trip feel a lot more relaxed. It was one of those things that just made the whole experience easier from start to finish. We saw so much, had a brilliant few days together, and the pass was a big part of that. I’d definitely use it again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Operator response

It’s great to hear the pass helped you do just that and made your trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. We really appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to see you again on your next adventure!
